We had a short yet unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us - since we were leaving before breakfast, they made sure we received a packed lunch for the day. Their hospitality went even further when we returned to the hotel just as the restaurant was closing and they went out of their way to ensure we wouldn’t go to bed hungry. The hotel itself is beautifully located, right in what feels like the heart of the mountains. The views are simply breathtaking, and it’s the perfect base camp for Tre Cime. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was actually hard to get out of it so early in the morning. The parking area is spacious and easily fits larger cars. Our stay at this hotel only added to the incredible experience of being in the Dolomites. As we sat at the top of the mountain eating our packed lunch, we knew we would be coming back.

Some fresh vegetables are missing at breakfast.

The location is good, very close to some ski slopes and to Cortina d’Ampezzo and other villages. The parking place is for free. The staff is great; they are a family and they do everything for your confort. The room and the bathroom were big and very warm. Also, the bed was big and very confortable. Breakfast is the same every day but there are many types of food than you can choose from.

Location, staff and the cleanness. A great combination of old and new furniture, some of the sofas might look worn but they are in really great condition which gives a unique look to the rooms. If your room neighbors are noisy you might hear them. Staff is really kind and helpful, they speak Italian, German and English that I could recall. Breakfast has plenty of options even though at first sight might not look rich.

Front accessibility could be improved with ramp in place of two side stairs.

Family business with a pristine location, staff was super supportive, specially Sabrina at the front Desk and Giovanna at the breakfast lounge. Very Clean and quite place.

The shower was absurdly small. You could barely turn around in the shower cubicle. I'm not sure why they made it so small.

The wonderful cosy atmosphere together with the high level professional services full of empathy and very kind help that was then needed for me very much. Varying from a lovely ground floor room with deluxe bathroom, delicious food, help with taxi's and luggage (in high season!) and even extra services when I got stuck in serviceland due to an ski-accident. Cannot thank these warmhearted people enough for helping me out when it was really needed. True hospitality service at a cosy mesmerizing place on earth in Italy. Thank you Sabrina & all.

Absolutely no soundproof between rooms (there were a group of kids shouting without any interruptions for +30mins). Wifi didn't work. Bit too oldish vibes for the common area (wouldn't hang out in these).

Just refurbished rooms were absolutely great! Excellent location for doing daily trips around Cortina (Tre Cime, Cinque Torri). Good pizza-place nearby (Pizzeria Edelweiss). The receptionists were well suited up for the job, gave a professional feel about the service.

Location is just a great starting point for our MTB tours. Newly renovated rooms - spotless clean - everything there what is needed. Nice SPA incl. Sauna was ready when we arrived after a long day in the mountains. Very friendly staff / probably owner family. Full Italien Dinner was was delicious.

The room had no appliances other than a TV. the breakfast had minimal choices but was ok.

The hotel has a beautiful location at the lake and the room was clean and comfortable.

the rooms are out dated, not worth the money. the breakfast- was no good, there was a variety of different foods but it was not fresh. showers were cold not warm at all. the rooms are close to eachother so at 9pm you can hear someone elses phone ring and moving chairs. no facilities in the room - e.g. tea, tea cups , fridge, basic stuff.

the workers were nice. area- good area if you want to hike and travel. its good location. i lost my key room , they were very nice and helpful. the restaurant next to the hotel was great!!
