The staff were so polite and friendly and the setting, particularly the pool and restaurant were glorious. We only spent 1 night after a wedding close by and wish we could have stayed longer! Our 1 meal in the restaurant was fantastic!

Bathroom was small but functional. Towel rail was extremely high and I am quite tall. Also the bedroom cupboard rail was very high. You were given a pole with a hook to hang your clothes up. Mind you this is a small thing compared to the lovely experience of staying there. You need a car to get into Arezzo as you are quite a way out with no public transport close by.

It’s complicated because we did not expect it to be quite so far from Arezzo center (15 min drive) which at first was a minus against the property but then, it turned out to be a positive note. We did not want to leave and were happy to be in the country side after a hot day in Arezzo- we didn’t feel compelled to return to the town.

This review might be a bit long, but this place truly deserves every word of it. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—not just by the beautiful, authentic charm of the property, but also by the warmth and kindness of the staff and owners. We arrived hungry after a long journey, only to find out that local restaurants were closed for their afternoon break (from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM). The lovely receptionist noticed our situation, made us fresh sandwiches, and personally brought them to our room. That gesture meant the world to us. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony overlooking peaceful fields. Every day, it was perfectly cleaned, with beds made to perfection. One chilly evening, we returned to find the room already heated—just one of many thoughtful details that made our stay so special. Each day, the minibar was restocked with water and cola—completely free of charge. Dinner at the hotel is a must. The food is fantastic, the wines are superb, and the service is genuinely warm and attentive. We didn’t feel the need to eat anywhere else—this restaurant was a highlight on its own. Breakfast was also lovely, with barista-made coffee served fresh at the counter—none of that tasteless machine coffee you usually get in hotels. Another huge plus: they have a charger for electric vehicles at a very reasonable price. We charged our car every night and didn’t even need to visit a supercharger during our entire stay. We travel a lot and also work in property management, so we’ve experienced all kinds of accommodation—but this one truly stands out. It’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed at, both in terms of comfort and service. Absolutely recommend it with all our heart.

The breakfast was disappointing: most of the pastry were clearly cooked out of frozen packs (croissants, pain au chocolat, etc.). Hams and cheeses were very basic, boring products from supermarkets, which is surprising given the high quality products available in the area (and in their own restaurant for dinners). The ceiling does not insulate from the rooms upstairs, and thus we could hear every single step from the occupants upstairs. I understand that this might not easy to solve in such a structure: still, I found it uncomfortable. The rooms were quite dark, even with the electric lights on, especially the bedroom. Stronger illumination seems necessary.

The staff was all superfriendly, and the location was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious.

As it was a farmhouse originally, some of the rooms are split level inside, i.e., bedroom and bathroom on different levels and no handrails. It was a little challenging in the middle of the night!

Its an old charming building that makes us feel comfortable - like a grannys house with everything you need. The door locks, the stairs… everything has so much personality. Staff was friendly, especially at the restaurant. Make sure you check the Alpacas next to the parking lot - they’re cute!

I loved the rustic feel of the property. It was peaceful and quiet. I really loved the decor of my room with the wooden shutters. The bed was comfortable with nice crisp bedding. I also appreciate having a kettle in my room. You need a car to get to this property as it is out of the town centre.

The property is difficult to find on the GPS. Google maps has it after several tries. And, unfortunately if you depend on internet access don’t stay at this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are exceptional. The Restaurant is absolutely excellent as well as the included breakfast. It is great to have parking.

Breakfast was an excellent buffet with a very pleasant garden location. The dinner was excellent also and served in the garden, although the internal restaurant area looked very pleasant also. The swimming pool was clean with good changing facilities.

More attention needed in terms of the pool area. The area needed to be manicured, lounge chairs dirty and pool did not look inviting.

The overall property was very nice rustic spacious room and restaurant located on the premises that made it convenient. The overall location was good 15 min drive into the city Centro of Arezzo.
