The pool was closed which was a bit disappointing.

It was a magical spot, outstanding view over the hills. Nice and close to the old town and to the hot springs. Good restaurant downstairs.

Don't know if it was a mistake or intentionally but he charged us double tourist tax but we let it be, were too tired to argue anything.

Very close to Saturnia warm baths, which is the biggest plus. Downstairs of the apartment is a restaurant, when we came there it was closed but a friendly staff offered us he can make a pizza for us since everything nearby was closed and we were very hungry.

The room maybe a bit outdated, but still ok.

Very very close to Saturnia thermal baths, few minutes with car. Room was simple, but nice, bed comfortable. I really enjoyed bathtub, it's not very often to find one. Also, big plus that the restaurant is just downstairs! It's very convenient, we ate delicious dinner there.

We only stayed over the night and everything went well.

The fact that you have a restaurant at the location, and not just any restaurant. We didn't try anything besides the Pizzas but they were delicious, at a very good price. The staff were very friendly to serve us since we arrived late. Its also close to the city of Saturnia and the Terme de Saturnia. Very enjoyable, definately recommend.

The pool was awesome, terrace that comes with the room is also great. The room was a little bit dark but overall very nice. The crew was very occupied with the restaurant downstairs so we didnt have much contact. But the young ones spoke English which was great 😁

Even though we stayed in this property only for one night, it was definitely a pleasant stay. The swimming pool was amazing. There is restaurant as a part of this property. The food was amazing with affordable prices. We had a private entrance into two double rooms that we booked.

Nice cold rooms - AC worked very well. The pool was fantastic for me and the kids to jump into and cold down. The bath towels were nice and big and soft. It was a quick and easy drive to the hot springs. The restaurant attached had excellent food. I would definitely rebook.

1. The room had no window and hence was dark an uninviting. The door led onto a passageway to another room, hence we could not keep the door open for more light. 2. The Wifi did not work as the signal was too weak. 3. The pool was not clean, you could not see the bottom and the automatic cleaner seemed to be static in one position and clearly not doing its job. No way did the pool look as inviting as the image on booking.com 4. This booking was supposed to be special for my wife's birthday. However, on the plus side at dinner that night we decided to find another place rather than spend another night there. When i advised the owner of our issues she said the pool wasn't dirty it was just due to a storm. She did offer to give us another room on the Sunday but as per para 4 above, we decided to go somewhere else.

No indication where to find the key. we went in the restaurant, the arrival was not welcoming at all. the cook was very rude and arrogant. No wifi code in the rooms. Not very clean: pubic hair in the bidet, floor of shower black, shower head very bad, not a lot of water coming out Not comfortable: the mattress was in fact 2 mattresses. pillow so thin that it feels like it’s inexistant Pool unusable on May 27: filter and motor off, water blurry, can’t see the bottom No light: very dark room and «long », burned light bulbs not being replaced NO customer service for tourists that don’t speak Italian: we went to the restaurant owned by the same owners, same people as our arrival. We ordered 1 bruschetta and 1 salad as a starter, and pizzas. We waited 1h…all the Italians were being served but not us. We asked if they forgot us, they said the chef did not want to do it…and it arrived minutes later. (lettuce in a bowl, nothing on it, and waited for 1h…) Then we got the wrong pizza. The chef did not want to cook what we ordered. Very bad experience, very sad for such a nice location in Tuscan.
