The only issue was on the second morning breakfast when staff were not as friendly or attentive as on the first morning when the member of staff knew us from the bistro the previous evening.

Great location, wonderfully clean and modern. Good communication with owners. Great welcome. Ate in one of their restaurants both nights of our stay and got 10% discount even on the drinks. Food was fantastic and the restaurant staff were great. Lovely atmosphere in the bistro. The stay represented great value.

We had some problems with the WiFi not working but it got fixed while we were there.

A warm welcome - we were able to check in early which was handy. Amazing central location. Comfortable apartment all set up for five of us, with some bottled water provided. We used the discount at one of the associated restaurant which was appreciated. A fantastic breakfast as well, which they served early for us because we had a flight to catch. A great stay - thank you so much.

Nothing. It was perfect for us. It's worth noting that it's up several flights of stairs if you have mobility issues.

The location was excellent, and the room itself was perfect for us - large, well provisioned, and well maintained. It was quiet, with lovely views, and everything we had hoped for. Breakfast in the bistrot downstairs was added bonus.

Great place to spend some nights at Bergamo città alta. The staff was great, when we were checking in it was very crowded at the reception, however a nice gentleman took us to our room explaining a bit of the history of the city and the building itself.

There was no water supply in the common area and no kettle in the room. Although there was tea and coffee in the bedroom, the coffee machine was in the common area.

The breakfast was very good. Room was modern and comfortable. Central position.

The only slight criticism was that the included breakfast was the same each day, although you could always order and pay for something from their bistro breakfast menu for a change…it all looked delicious!

The breakfast location was in the busy little Mimi Bistrot, located virtually next door to the Locanda. Loads of atmosphere, with locals and visitors popping in for morning coffee and breakfast. The staff were all great, and the included breakfast includes yogurt, meats, cheeses, breads & croissants, together with juices and coffees. Our room was up about 40 steps but was definitely worth the climb, with an enormous comfortable bed, a fabulous bathroom and shower, and a great coffee machine. Cleaned each day by wonderful staff who were always willing to help. Thank you.

The lock on the bathroom door was broken, wouldn't stay shut. Having to pay for an other cup of coffee at breakfast: italian coffees , even Americanos, are only half the size of a British one.

Very convenient location with very nice restaurants on site. Comfortable bed, everything spotless. We were three couples and were in a suite with a little communal area - would have been very handy if we'd been there longer. Tasty breakfast served by the staff.
