There are those who need some do not disturb signs to put on the door, to signal the cleaning lady not to enter the room at that moment. The elevator is extremely narrow, so anyone who is claustrophobic is better off taking the stairs.

It’s a bit loud and noisy in the morning. I guess the walls are not that thick. The stairs were really narrow and the lift is just for one person.

The facility was very central and easy to find. I think they renewed the beds and the rooms a bit. I stayed at the single room and it was better and looked newer than the pics on the booking.com and google reviews. The towels and sheets were clean and the hostel looked really clean as well. You can walk to colosseum in 30 minutes. The staff was very kind too, my flight was cancelled due to a Lufthansa strike and they kindly modified the dates of my visit and refunded the amount.

Place could get a little bit noisy in the morning with people wandering around and using the buzzer to get into the hotel. Also the room was not super sound proof unfortunately.

Clean accommodation close to Termini station. If you are planning on spending your days outside exploring Rome and not spending too much time in your room - go for it. Room was clean and even though the area around Termini is a bit edgy, we felt safe.

we spent 5 nights at the Magic hotel. Great location - right next to the station and next to the metro station. Moreover, you can reach the main attractions on foot (approximately 1.5 km). The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and polite - we arrived at night and the lady immediately brought refreshments and tea to everyone. the rooms are neat and clean, there are restaurants nearby where you can eat good food and do not charge extra for service. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite close to the main train station. There is a supermarket in the train station, a food court and a pharmacy, as well as a bus station, which is very convenient. There was also a fridge in the room.

Building was old and stairs were smelling food but when you enter the hotels floor it was smelling really nice it was obvious that the hotel was very clean. Room was old as well but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and sheets were sparkling clean and was smelling very nice. Staff was helpful and also they chanced our towels everyday with clean ones. Elevator was only for the luggages but it was not so hard to use the stairs. Room didnt have a view but it was not a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside.

As usual in Italian hotels, the shower room is so small that big people will have a hard time in the shower.

The location was perfect as it is 5 mins. to the Termini where you can take the Metro to go around Rome. Also, it is very near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is an elevator but only 2 people can fit. The room was cleaned every day and the reception was so helpful and always there to assist us.

Bathroom did not had any place to keep shampoo and body wash bottles. I guess this is easily fixable.

Perfect location . Next to metro and train station. Lots of cafes , restaurants and grocery shops just a round the corner. The staff is very nice and good to talk to. Very clean rooms and bathroom.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was okay for a couple of nights, got bites at night, not sure if it’s from mosquitoes or something else. Being near central station, there are a few strange people around which makes the location feel a little bit sketchy but it’s not that bad of you have day trips planned - you don’t feel it much. I lost my havianas here, couldn’t find them anywhere which leads me to think they could have potentially been pinched.

Close to central station, local cafes and restaurants. Loved the balcony. Lady who runs the hotel was responsive and accommodating. Left us a bottle of Prosecco, fruit and chips after I advised we’re staying there for our honeymoon. Aircon was great.
