The entire staff (including Raffaella at the reception, Giacomo and Bridgetta at the bar, amongst others in the dining and pool area, and spa) were all so welcoming, that it felt like a home away from home. The whole ground and property is very beautiful in an amazing location in Puglia, and we’ll definitely come back!

We found the service to be lacking for the entirety of our stay. No help offered to bring luggage to our room. Front desk staff was cold & transactional. The breakfast set-up is a bit weird where all the food is behind a counter and there is only one person to serve, leading to a queue.

The masseria is absolutely beautiful, with comfortable rooms, great facilities (pool, open air gym, lovely grounds) and an excellent spa area.

Location great, breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really amazing room, nicely decorated and spacious. Loved the reception area. I had a massage and it was one of the best I’ve ever had!

The breakfast set up is very odd and hinders the experience - you cannot serve yourself at the buffet but instead tell the waitperson what you want. It makes it very awkward (and slow!) with everyone queued up. I wonder if this started during the pandemic? But surely can be relaxed to self serve now.

Room was clean and comfortable, nice selection at breakfast, beautiful grounds, dinners were excellent, staff very friendly and attentive, especially Jack and Peter and the poolside restaurant / bar.

My only criticism would be that the bed was a bit firmer than I would have liked. Otherwise, our room was gorgeous and impeccable.

The staff are excellent and went out of their way to assist us with some rental car issues we had. All the people we met were wonderful.

That we had to leave

Fabulous Masseria near to the Puglian coast and inland points of interest in an idyllic position surrounded by roman archaeological remains and the natural environment. If you're a lover of a peaceful place to stay as well as photography its ideal. Wild flowers are abundant and the scent of jasmine and rosemary were apparent as you left your room. The pool area was stunning and in a rock setting, so inviting. Our room was perfect and surpassed our expectations as did this accommodation

Excellent hospitality, beautiful grounds, great location - very central to exploring northern Puglia, quiet, and was exactly the type of retreat we needed. Staff was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help (needed antibiotics, they helped me find a pharmacy that was still open on Saturday night). Breakfast every morning was plentiful and delicious! Home away from home.

Suggestion for improvement: level the bumpy driveway in the entrance.

Very good location to visit the Itria Valley. Large confortable room. Very quiet. Very good breakfast. Nice landscaping around the hotel.

This is a stunning property! The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had a lunch and dinner as well and both were excellent. Would recommend a car if you stay here as it is a beautiful setting in the countryside, very near the beach and other lovely towns.

Staff were amazing, location was so central for the best Puglia sites and the Masseria was really beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. We were 10 people, ranging in age from 2-70 with a dog, and we had the most wonderful stay.
