Everything about this hotel was excellent. It’s well located, very nice, and the staff was outstanding—especially the front desk, who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. A great hotel that we highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Some of the amenities in the room such as, 1. toilet flush that did not reset and continuously filling the cistern. 2. A very noisy air conditioner

when we saw the size and the condition of our room and broken loud aircon we were ready to look for another hotel but nice staff gave us a big family apartment which had working aircon so we were happy but then we learned that it is a little dump and all our clothes got this smell so had to wash everything on return

Small bathroom with very small shower. Toilet located in the corner by the shower so you have to sit sideways because knees won't fit. Not very relaxing and romantic. Many kids. More ideal for families

Although breakfast is available as of 07.30, egg dishes (scrambled, fried, etc.) are only available as of 08.00. Shower was defect and not usable. Has been replaced be hotel staff but should be ok at check-in.

The staff managing reception and Katia, the breakfast chef who was an absolute joy and made a perfect omelette every time. Great quality food to choose from at breakfast, something for everyone I thought. Hotel, rooms and pool all spotlessly clean. Air conditioning in room worked great and kept us cool in the heatwave. I think we booked the cheapest room and would have given the size on booking.com, so our own fault, this is just advice for anyone booking, the room and bathroom felt very small, to us, so probably best checking all the other options before you book if you like a bit of space.

The Seaview room was so small there wasn’t even space for a luggage rack or to put our bags on the floor. The pool bar closed at 6pm and main bar at 10pm so you couldn’t get a drink after dinner.

Easy walking distance to the old town. Friendly staff. Shuttle to the beach and old town. Nice pool

Hopefully hotel would fix ”the gym” area. Now it’s pretty sad (old, not-working equipment) and dirty ground. Clean floor, one crosstrainer and one bicycle and proper set of weights/dumbells would make many active tourists happy. Overall we loved our stay, and will be definitely come back soon! Bellissima Calabria!

We really loved our stay in this hotel. Staff was always really polite and helpful. Our room was nice & clean. Shuttle bus to beach was handy and also hotel’s pool area was relaxing. Breakfast was ok. Sometimes a bit of a hazzle and you had to wait a bit staff to fill it.

The shower may have been better, the pressure was too hard and the water went between hot and cold too often!

The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Davide and Pierfrancesco, the general manager. The hotel was small and quiet but boasted 2 pools and plenty of loungers for anyone staying. A short 10 minute walk into the main promenade with bars, restaurants and shops, so you get the best of both worlds!

Courtesy bus times for going into town and return could be a little later, but not really a big problem as only 10 to 15 minutes gentle walk each way.

Pool was very cold. Could have been heated.

Staff was extremely helpful w pickup from train station and helping me get an e-bike. I didn’t have euros to pay so staff covered me until I got to the bank. The bar and pool area was amazing. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Europe. Fresh juice etc. homemade omelets etc.
