The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped. What truly stood out was the tasty breakfast served each morning. Also it is situated in a prime location, provided easy access to train station. The staff were courteous and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.

What disappointed me was that the tables in my room weren't clean, but full of dust. And that happened every day.

The only thing I would have liked, would have been tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But, a vending machine is available.

Staff, very helpful and friendly, from the cleaners to reception, couldn't fault any member of staff. Breakfast, very good selection, all fresh, good start to the day. Room cleaned every day, fresh towels every day.

We couldn't control the air conditioner and it was noisy, and too warm.

The bathroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable. There was a wide selection at breakfast, lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The shower.. no water pressure and you had to hold the shower handle unless you wanted to soak the entire bathroom.

It was a pretty, large, comfortable and clean room.

Room was clean but could be better. Toilet paper was not restocked when needed, lucky rooms also has tissues so nothing to worry about.

Excellent location and very comfy beds. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've had! Staff very friendly and helpful 😁

The room had steps to and from the bathroom. No major problem for us but people should be aware of this if it is a problem for them. Not sure if all rooms are like this.

The location is very convenient close to the train station. Breakfast was very good. Staff at breakfast were friendly and great.

Some small details could be improved. I would say the biggest issue would be the soundproofing of the door. We could hear literally everyone in the hall like they were inside our room. Other datails were not that serious. Ofc, if you're there to look for issues, you're gonna find some, but we enjoyed our stay :)

Great location, delicious breakfast and amazing staff. Our stay despite some small details was really enjoyable. Me and my girlfriend had some of the best days in Rome. Didn't spend too much time at the hotel, but it had everything we needed. One night we wanted to make some tea in our room so the staff on reception gladly gave us a kettle. Room was clean and warm.

Very closed to train station, so that we could take the next train to the surrounding of Rome. To reach the highlights of Rome, you need to walk around 2-2.5 km. Very hygienic hotel, nice breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the breakfast room, as the same for house keeping ♡. Comfortable beds, hygienic bathroom. We could leave our luggage, -very generous hotel.

No kettle in the room was the only thing we didn't like

Close to the Metro. Choice of good value restaurants in the local area. Staff were super friendly and helpful and lovely. Room we booked was std, but for some unknown reason got upgraded to a triple room so were delighted to have a bigger room 😁 basic room design but spotless. Would highly recommend for a w.end trip to see the sites or Rome.
