The check-in procedure requires you to be on a phone call with the host. The corridors were noisy and in the room we were lucky to have respectful neighbors so the noise was down to a minimum.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The room was clean and as a bonus point it also had great view. The shared bathroom was right next to the room, it was also very spacious and we never had to wait. The complimentary water by the entrance was a nice touch. Location-wise, it's a 20-minute walk to the city center.

Got locked in our entrance door that led to the cluster of rooms. Travelers to Italy be advised that most private apartments will have a series of locked doors just to access your room. The room itself can only be locked with a key, however, this intermediate door was a key/ electronic lock. We nearly missed our train and only got out by calling the host who unlocked the door remotely from??? Very disconcerting to be locked into an area 6 floors from the ground. The elevator was out of action the last day, so we got to hike 6 floors each way with luggage.

Very clean comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the park. Host was accommodating, but only a voice over the phone. Perfect location for train travel and not far too walk into the city center.

It would be really appreciated if there was like couple of utensils such as plates or glasses to prepare some food. Also kettle was missing so we couldn’t drink coffee or tea and it was quite cold in Feb.

Location is great. 5 minutes walk to bus and railway station. Clean and owner speaks very good English !

One of the bathrooms didn't have a shelf or any place to put your stuff when you go take a shower, and the shower drain was a little clogged, so the bathroom floor got wet in the end.

The location was quite good and the room was spacious.

You do the check in by yourself, if the landlord is not there, so it's really fast. The room was big, clean and with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are outside the bedroom and shared, but they were clean and large enough.

Looking for a place to stay that is fast, easy, and cheap. This is it. A little hard to find but the phone check in helps you find your way. It is a unique experience that is exactly what you pay for. The bathroom smells like bad water and the heat/ac works ok but not great. Super cute space though and definitely worth the experience. Right near the train statuon as well.

Should be cheaper as you share a toilet and is not that close to the centre.

The place was quite clean, easy check in and check out.

Old doors for the rooms, that require effort to open/close with the key. Only two bathrooms for several bedrooms (so if two people are having a shower you can not use the toilet). The beds are ok but not amazing.

Simple, good location, fair price for what was offered. The rooms are very big and there was not much noise at night.

A bit hard to locate and you need to call the host number to be let into the apartment units.

I could not sleep because of some noisy neighbors. I understand this is something out of the control of the property, but at 2 AM I could still hear every word and step of the people in the room next to mine, and the doors of the rooms are of glass so all the light from the corridor comes in.

Next to the train station, silent area (but only from outside), clean bedroom and clean bathroom, easy check in.

The big bed had a very soft matress, for us it was a little uncomfortable, the bathroom was just ours but it was outside the bedroom, the doors open from the wind, you need to be careful to lock them well

The location was amazing, check in was easy to do guided by phone, the decor is nice, the water pressure was good and there was plenty hot water, the AC worked well, nice towels and fresh sheets

It was very basic but covered all needs. No WiFi. Or maybe just noone answered when I enquired. No luggage storage facility as all remote check in and out

For the price i feel like their should maybe have been at least a kettle or microwave?? Also the bathroom was shared between many rooms. Also the shower drain didn’t drain properly

The location is great if you want to be close to the station but also only a short walk from the centre. The room was spacious and the host was easy to communicate with.
