Location is perfect, you can reach the property by 5 minutes of walk after the last stop of airport shuttle. Also it’s very easy to reach the old city, chiaia quarter etc. by walk. Breakfast is above standarts. The studio is very comfortable for a family of 3. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Maybe it would be more convenient if the shower had an extra hand shower to not wet your hair if you don't want to. But this is just a detail , our stay was very pleasant

Not a big one but the only thing was the shower was a little bit small in my room so I couldn't get away from the stream but other than that everything was fantastic.

I had such a fantastic time. The staff were really really lovely from the guys behind the counter (especially Marcello, he showed me everywhere on a map) to the people organising breakfast (one of whom gave me a great beer recommendation). They were so helpful. The location was really fantastic, close to everything particularly the metro station and the bus stops I needed to get to the main museums I wanted to go to.

Exceptional for Napoli! We were greeted with a very welcoming gentleman when checking in. He welcomed us in as if it were his home. We definitely will stay next time we are in Napoli!

Napoart is 5 stars in everything: clean and modern rooms, strategic location, wonderful breakfast. But the team that works here exceeds 5 stars, everyone is very polite, helpful and friendly. When I return to Napoli, it is at Napoart that I will stay again with my wife.

The staff was superb As we were traveling for quite some time we needed to do laundry They first took us by the hand and walked us to a laundromat but they could not do some of our clothes The staff said they could take our clothes to a different laundry the next day which they did When I asked how much I owed they said no charge Needless to say I was incredibly impressed and surprised of there going up and beyond and then not charging for incredible service

Have to be honest, when I first approached the hotel I was a bit dubious its behind a large wooden door, the lift is antiquated like something from a 1930's movie, but that's the quirkiness of the place. The Hotel is set inside a large historic building, its a gem inside an unassuming facade, it tastefully done up and totally modern. Staff were excellent, Hotel all very clean, room was comfy, Breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is very central to all the sights

Painting and towels were somewhat worn up, there were traces of mold on a wall. The booking said there was a room with a terrace, but it turned out there was no terrace nor balcony.

Location was great, staff friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, cleaning every day.

WINDOW VIEW CAN BE BETTER. THE PATIO WITIN THE BUILDING CAN BE REDESIGNED.
