It would be great for the fresh fruit infused water to be available at all times, at least in the lobby, or for water bottles to be provided in room. The water in the ice machines does not taste good at all. Also the pool was dirty with lots of leaves, if someone was to clean it regularly - it would surely improve the experience.

Very clean, room is stylish in mid-century modern decor. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash smell delicious. Yummy cookies during check-in. Breakfast was great. Love the radio in room!! Spa facilities were wonderful.

Location was perfect to get where we needed to go. Front lobby had comfortable seating that was very relaxing to sit in and a fireplace to keep everyone warm. They served cookies and hot chocolate every afternoon and the restaurant had a variety of items to select from. The staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing - I arrived at night and left before dawn, so I didn’t see any of the amenities.

I loved the room and was immediately attracted to the deep tub. The pillows were soft and sheets, crisp. I wish I could have e stayed longer but it was a pitstop on a cross country drive.

Shuttle could have run later and had a stop in the center of town. No microwave oven in room.

Very comfortable hotel with helpful, responsive staff. Good breakfast buffet. Exceptional pool area with sauna, steam room, hot tub, and indoor/ outdoor pool . The free afternoon cookies were delicious! The in room safe was really appreciated. Free shuttle to town. This photo is of my view from breakfast. I would return in a heartbeat!

Everything was great! This was easily one of our top favorite hotels. Very cosy, good vibes. Enjoyed the clean and spacious room, service staff and outdoor hot tub! Breakfast was included too.

The breakfast needs improvement...it was the same selections every day and no other a la carte options...and after they served me the burnt pizza the first night...I opted to eat elsewhere. Definitely room for improvement

Staff at reception could be more helpful and provide more information. The ski rental shop at the hotel does not have a lot of choice of ski-equipment, the location at the mountain base has a broader selection. It would also be nice to have a bar only for hotel guests, bar is included in restaurant but on busy periods it is hard to get a spot at the bar.

Breakfast had a lot of choice, also healthy options. Returning to complimentary hot chocolate and cookies after a cold ski day was a highlight for our kids. Hot tub outside is the best part of the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle to ski lifts (during day) and town (at night) which works very well, but the hotel has also a bus stop right in front of the door which makes this hotel a great spot for people traveling without car.

Its a fair way from Park city shops so cant just go out and walk there at night , but the do have a free shuttle which works well

Unhelpful and rude staff. Parking areas not obvious (besides the main one, which is quite small) or explained by staff.

Great room, facilities and breakfast! Festive activities daily were a wonderful touch.

A shuttle driver was watching TV (his son's hockey game) on his phone while he was driving a bus full of skiers thru traffic.

Nice hotel. Not "too" fancy. Ski shuttle is excellent. Overnught ski storage is convenient. Breakfast is good, too. The onsite restaurant and bar are better than expected.

The water lines from the wall to the faucet sink were leaking. When we woke up, there was a puddle on the floor and housekeeping decided to just dry that up rather than fix the problem.

the pool, both hot tubs, the sauna, breakfast (lots of good selections). Cookies and hot chocolate. Ski storage. The shuttle was nice, but we ended up taking the public bus to the canyon's side because the skiing was better over there.

The hotel was excellent. A good sized room and great facilities including a Spa, Gym and transport to and from the main ski lifts. A good breakfast, complimentary afternoon hot chocolate and cookies all helped along with ski storage. We'd definitely stay there again.
