Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BulgariaVery poor breakfast, very limited choice. 7 days no changes - every morning the same breakfast, nobody asked us if we would like something different. For sure the breakfast needs the attention of the hotel management. In the evening the lights in the common areas are down, even one day we were talking with friends near the reception and we was asked to leave. Unnacceptable for this price category! Before 23;00! At the pictures during the reservation a sofa was shown, and was not available in the appartment
Excellent cleaning service! Congrats! Very good location of the hotel! NIce appartment.

Czech RepublicAs other reviews also stated, we would welcome some vegetables for breakfast, but it is just a minor thing.
Great location, a cosy hotel, very clean and smells pleasant :) Private wellness was great. Everyone from the staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

NetherlandsThe staff was very friendly and meant well, but a lot worked out clumsily. The explanation on the locations of the ski lifts and the ski bus logistics (turned out one lift would have been walkable and no need to wait for buses), the ultimate support by a snow shovel to clean the parking after we manually did it ourselves whilst someone from the hotel was watching and the last morning where we had to leave early due to weather circumstances and the breakfast attendant could not take the room keys or already give us a croissant for the road.
Location, room, property, all was well in order and clean etc.

ArmeniaLoved everything about this hotel!
The very moment I stepped into this beautiful hotel, I felt like I was at home. It’s decorated beautifully and with good taste. It is small, but with all necessary facilities for an absolutely comfortable stay. If you are lucky to get the rooms with balcony on the mountain side, you will admire one of the most astonishing views on the entire planet. The spa is great, excellent for relaxing after the cold outside. The crew at the reception is just extraordinary, they do everything to help and create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was great and the lady at the kitchen is also very nice and friendly. In a nutshell, whenever I’m back to Cortina, I am definitely staying at Natale. Thank you, guys for this fabulous experience.

Singapore-
It was in a central location; 5-10 min walk to the main shopping street. It was a comfortable stay as the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was nice and simple, with bread, pastry, (very good) scrambled eggs, cheeses and hams.

We loved our stay at Hotel Natale! The hotel is a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The room itself was wonderful with a lovely ski lodge feel with newly renovated bathrooms. The room was well heated. The staff were so lovely and helpful and made our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

United KingdomThe building work around the hotel spoilt the views a little, but this relates to the forthcoming Olympics and is totally outside the control of the hotel. This didn't spoil our stay, but it might disappoint other guests.
We had a nice room with plenty of space and two balconies. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we had an excellent stay. The Hotel Natale is a nice hotel and deserves its high ratings and good reviews.

CanadaNothing :) just wish we could stay here all the time
Our favourite stay in our two week trip across the Dolomites. Super convenient location, easy parking. Hands down the best, kindest, friendliest staff we encountered. Beautiful views from our balcony, with minimal noise despite being in the heart of cortina. Breakfast was always fresh and we had the sweetest and most hardworking staff member down there every morning - a really nice blonde lady whose name we really should have gotten. Also a very nice simplified room service/bar/food menu available for those who care. Was just nice to have drinks brought up to the room for very reasonable prices at night.

United KingdomNot sure if we were last going down to breakfast - but the coffee in the urn was dreadful. It didn't taste like coffee. This is meant as a truly constructive comment. Change the coffee for a quick win!!!
Lovely balcony with deckchairs and table set. Lovely bathroom. Room clean with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Great staff and good parking on site (you pay for this - but good to have the car close).

New ZealandWe were in the basement right next to the kitchen so was a bit noisy but not a deal breaker as we were up early anyway. Better curtains (the white flowers are nice but they don’t block out any light) would help too.
Close to town and really easy to find. Great value for money.

United KingdomThere was some construction outside the hotel as Cortina is preparing for the Winter Olympics but it didn't disturb us much since we were out for most of the day. The hotel is situated by the road so can be a bit loud at night if you open the door to sleep but it's fairly well soundproofed if you keep it shut. Just to note there is no mini fridge in the room or any kettle if you like to make hot drinks.
We stayed in Hotel Natale for our honeymoon while exploring the Dolomites surrounding the Cortina area. The staff were lovely and welcoming, they even left us a very thoughtful honeymoon gift. For a reasonable price, you can also book the wellness spa for 80 minutes of private use - it has a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. This was one of our favourite features of the hotel. We rented car so had to pay €10 a day to park our car at the hotel. In the room, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and there is a big balcony with deck chairs if you like to relax there. The room itself is homely and very clean. The breakfast was simple but just what you need to start the day. Just to note there is no mini fridge in the room. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the town centre where there are lots of restaurants and shops. We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Natale and we are already planning on coming back next year!

Great little hotel! There is construction going on outside but there’s a lot of construction throughout all of Cortina right now, presumably for the upcoming Winter Olympics. You can skip a room with a balcony if possible for this reason. The spa is awesome and totally private!! Meaning when you reserve, it’s just you down there for the entire time slot. So worth the price! Perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was excellent, too! The hotel is in the perfect location to walk right into the pedestrian section of town. Parking is easy and right onsite.
