Cleaning of stairways and halls started 8AM - why? Breakfast room with bad acoustics - it was very noisy Everytime the guests on the floor above us flushed the toilet - we were vitnesses

Aircon in the dining room.

Perfect location, sparklingly clean rooms, great breakfasts but the staff really made the whole holiday extra special. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable and so very friendly. I lost my bag with my passport in it and they were super understanding helping me get it back! I wish all hotel staff were so invested in their guests well-being. Air con in the restaurant could have been better but that was a minor concern. Sometimes the housekeeping staff on the 4th floor were quite noisy when they started very early in the morning which was a shame as it wasn't very relaxing for the guests.

We LOVED the staff, Gemma, Magddelena and Perla were all superb ambassadors, nothng was too much trouble! The breakfasts were great, fresh coffee and the ability to make fresh juice was such a bonus, as was the free water.

Perfect location 2 mins walk from the ferries and in the centre of the small town, free parking was available 5 mins walk away. Rooms were clean and spacious, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The mini-bar fridge didn't seem to be working but we didn't need it.

Perfect location for a short stay in Carloforte, just off the seafront near the marina, and near to all the cafes and restaurants the city has to offer. A comfortable stay with very helpful and friendly staff, who had excellent advice for great restaurants. Breakfast was very good too.

It was a little noisy at night even with the windows closed and the AC on due to the proximity to local bars.

Very central location, parking was easy to find opposite the hotel by the marina. The room was a good size with a great shower and AC! The staff were very friendly and so helpful in finding us restaurant reservations and even calling a property we wanted to stay the following night in, in another location! The breakfast was very good, with eggs (!!), and we would definitely recommend the hotel to other travellers to Carloforte.

The hotel offers discounts to two nearby restaurants. That incentive steered me away from the other local options that may have been better for my exploration. My fault.

The staff there is helpful and able to make things work at very short notice. The room had a terrace with views of the port and the hills. There was a large breakfast buffet with wait staff. This felt like a splurge, but the price was economy. The location could not be closer to the ferry landing and the local cafes. Definitely the best hotel on my whole trip.

I was travelling solo and the staff treated me with such kindness. They helped me with directions and where to go to find food. I had left my favourite pants in Bergamo and they picked them up for me to save me from spending my day going back to Bergamo by train to collect them. On my second night my room was upgraded to the second floor which had a lovely view. The hotel is very close to the town and train station so all in easy walking distance. I had a lovely stay and felt very welcome and looked after.

Nothing at all

We spent the night before going back to Callasetta. The lady at the front desk was super helpful, went above and beyond for us (I’m sorry I forgot to ask her name though). The room was clean, cosy and spacious with a view of the city and harbour. The breakfast was simple, yet really good.

There was little public space available in the lobby.
