This property is in a great spot as we were able to walk everywhere around the beautiful town. The host was very inviting and arranged a table for us at the busy restaurant the night we arrived. It was a perfect backdrop to dine under the Tuscan sunset! Breakfast was included and was very handy to start our day before exploring amazing Montepulciano. A must whilst in this town is a tour of the underground wine cellar, De’Ricci cantine storiche, fantastic!!

Amazing location and property! The owner was very friendly and made himself available for anything we may have needed. He booked a cab for us for the truck back to the train station. The dinner at the restaurant was great - with incredible views. A delicious and filling breakfast was given every morning. All the staff were so kind and sweet. Already planning our trip back!

Parking around Montepuliciano takes a little planning. Look at google maps and such before you arrive. No matter where you park, you will have to walk uphill to get to the center of town. We are in our late 60's and there was a bit of huffing and puffing. This is not a place to visit if walking or going up/down stairs is a problem for you.

This hotel is located right in the center of Montpulciano, just across the street from the central square of the town (it appears that all Italian cities have a central square). We were lucky enough to be there when they performed an opera in the central square. The restaurant in the hotel is awesome, and we were going to travel out of town for dinner, but decided (because we didn't want to give up our parking space) to stay to dine in the hotel restaurant, and it was a very good decision. The owner, Francesco, and his staff are well informed as the wines of the region, and if wine is your interest, they aim to please without breaking the bank.

There are 50 steps up to the apartment and another 12 inside, to the bedroom. This didn't worry us, but might be difficult for older or disabled people.

The panoramic view from our apartment was amazing and the apartment itself was so spacious and nice. Osteria del Borgo is also perfectly located just off the Grande Piazza, so it's central location made it very easy to get around town and back to the apartment to rest or change. Such a beautiful place! We didn't want to leave! The staff were also warm and welcoming. Thank you Fransisco to you and your dad and the staff at tge restaurant 🙂

Stayed a week in Montepulchiano. Lovely apartment with the view over the main square. Highly recommend for the festival week - best view of the performance! Comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Very helpful staff! Breakfast included in stay had some cold cuts and pastry options as well as fruit- good start to the day!

The best views in this area - unbelievable wish I could wake up to this scene every day. We got there and there were stairs but the staff brought our bags up for us which was Awsome. Had our own parking spot down the road which was really convenient and overall the family run business looked after us

The owners (a nice family) and employees were very sympathetic and supportive, they gave nice tips about the region and its wine. All the meals were carefully prepared with very fresh ingredients and they were wonderful! The accommodations exhaled that old centuries sensations but with modern comfort. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, everything clean and nice! A marvelous experience and stay.

This is not against the B&B but more on Booking site, in that we thought we had booked the room with a view of the countryside but we got a room on the city side. Not the view we thought we were paying for. The view was one reason we chose that B&B. It was still a great B&B. And we are happy we stayed there, as we loved it!! We enjoyed the view from the balcony in the restaurant. Also, just be aware that there is no air conditioner in the room. They have a portable evaporative cooler, which smelled musty. Fortunately we did not need to use it, as the weather was not too hot during our stay.

Excellent location. Rooms were large and well furnished. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We took advantage of the onsite wine tasting class and learned so much, had a great time. We ate one dinner in the restaurant, with an amazing sunset view and a steak we will never forget.

The room had no air conditioning apart from an evaporative cooler which was far too noisey to leave on over night.

It was a great location close to most places of interest. The owner was helpful and accommodating and the restaurant downstairs was good value.

We loved everything.

The staff was beyond incredible!! So kind and funny and accommodating! They wanted to make sure you knew how much they appreciated you and really took the time to get to know you! We showed up late for check in and then asked if they had a table for dinner and they gave us a terrace table with an incredible view 30 min later!! We did not expect that but we were so thankful! They ended up talking with us for most of the night and getting good laughs and felt like part on the fam!
