Perfect location, few minutes walk from Rialto and few minutes from St. Mark square. The check in was smoth, the receptionis was very nice, gave good advice and also offered thet after checking out we can leave our luggage there until we are in the city. The room was clean, confortable an well equipped.

Great location to have access to all the touristic places, such as Palazzo Ducale and Rialto bridge! The vaporrato statin to take the boat for Murano & Brano Islands is walkable too. The reception can keep the backpacks after checkout, which helped us a lot. The reception people were very kind 🥰 We will definitely come back for our future Venice visit.

Lovely traditional and very clean room in a fabulous central location. Close to Rialto Bridge, St Mark’s Square and the Vaporettii.. Cristian and Fabiano were really helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend Palazzo La Scala to anyone seeking a good quality, fairly priced hotel in Venice.

Not a complaint, just a note - the main entrance is down sort of a side alley, with a sign above the door. It’s easy to walk past on your first go. After you find it, it’s no problem.

Excellent staff - very friendly, talkative, likeable, great personalities. The property’s location is just a short distance from St. Mark’s Square amidst a ton of restaurants and shops. The room was small but old-school elegant.

We were told the a/c couldn’t be turned on because of city regulations. Even though in the reception we could feel it was on. The day was hot, so we had to open the windows to get some fresh air, with that we couldn’t sleep because we could hear all the noise coming from the streets.

The location couldn’t be better. Right next to the main attractions. The hostess Chris was very friendly. The hotel is charming and very clean.

I wish they pillows were more comfortable and the bedding overall but the other points were more importent.

Location was perfect. Fabiano, the host, was amazing. The cleaning staff was exceptional and the room was very clean. Traveling solo and needed a clean, safe, centrally located location where I could rely on the staff and they achieved just that! Highly recommend for a budget friendly in and out easy place to stay, no frills. I felt safe.

No access to air conditioning at time of visit (controlled by reception and only available in summer months). We chose not to sleep with an open window due to mosquitoes.

Great location, close to Rialto bridge snd major attractions. Very easy to travel to and from the airport as close to ferry terminal. Friendly reception staff, room and bathroom were clean and inviting.
