I stayed at the property for one night, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, going the extra mile to make my last evening in Venice truly memorable. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts, including USB plugs. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a great night’s sleep before my early departure. A special thank you to Alessandro for the warm welcome. I would definitely return and highly recommend this property to others.

Excellent breakfast with good selection of options. Hotel was so located for the main tourist hotspots but nicely off the beaten track so quiet at night. Rooms were good size with effective air con and very comfortable.

Wi-Fi and LTE signal were very weak in Room 2, and the room itself was quite dark with poor lightning. Being on the ground floor, it also lacked privacy—without the blackout curtains drawn, people passing by could see straight in.

Very good location of the hotel, only few minutes from traject on San Marco square. Very good breafast. Overall the experience was very welcoming and nice.

The bathroom cabinet flushing system kept pouring water, but the guys were ready to help at any moment to fix it.

Arriving at the hotel was a wonderful relief. I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Location is great, 5 min walk to San Marco, 10 min to Rialto. Wine bars, restaurants, grocery all within 5 min walk - while tucked away from the most crowded streets. Very nice staff/service.

Amazing staff. They helped us arrange a water taxi from the train station and met us at the dock. They carried our bags and showed us to the hotel. Great location. Breakfast was great but expensive.

The friendly manager and staff gave us loads of tips on where to travel and helped book water taxis, gondolas and grand canal tours for us. They were very friendly and accommodating with check in and check out times. Very clean and towels replaced frequently throughout the day!

The rooms are nice and comparatively spacious, shower and bathroom are perfect. Breakfast is surprisingly good.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was large! Amazing location and a 10 minute walk to many of the must see sites. They also arranged a private water taxi to take us directly from the hotel to the airport. This was our first time in Venice and would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
