When it comes to housekeeping there were certain things that were lacking. We had two rooms and both rooms did not have water and coffee refilled for the duration of the stay. We had to ask for them to be refilled until we got to the point that we purchased water ourselves from external shops.

The reception and waiting staff are exceptional people who will go out of their way to help you and cater to your every need. Always polite, smart, attentive and professional! Well done to all of you. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Sicily where the only sounds are birds and water. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is travelling with kids and in need of a peaceful hotel with exceptional amenities.

There isn't much to complain about; however, I have 1 point. 1. The hotel organised a BBQ event for all the guests (at an extra Charge). However, we chose not to participate and stayed in our room. Due to this event, the hotel's Room service and restaurants were all closed. This forced us to leave the hotel to find a place for dinner.

The place is fantastic, definitely a place to go back to, and the golf course with Mt Etna in the background makes it a very peaceful and quiet place to unwind.

The location is quite far out. You definitely need your own car as there is no public transport close by! Taxis are quite expensive and not always available. Food choices at the two restaurants in the evening can be improved. Examples meat and pasta choices were very scarce on both menus.

The pools are amazing , the staff , the breakfast everything was really high class. The staff was very helpful and nice and were always ready to help us book taxis or recommend places to visit.

The room, staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent and our 4 dinners at the restaurant were delicious.

I wouldn’t recommend the spa facilities to small and not easy to get into either

The hotel is still getting renovated which meant that the spa was not open yet, the bar next to the pool was not open yet and there were no toilets close to the pool as they hadn't been installed yet. This hotel is going to be exceptional once all of these facilities are opened.

The staff were amazing and gave us a gift and a card for our honeymoon! The room was brand new, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with two swimming pools allowing you to fully relax. Breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant was really good with fresh food and a true fine dining experience.

Location - nothing to do - they need to implement some tennis and pickle ball.

We liked the golf and entertainment. Scenery was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay at il Picciolo, the breakfast was delicious and staff was so friendly. The pool staff were also really accommodating and my family enjoyed the pool bar, the rooms are spacious and there are all the ammenities you need! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to be back ☺️ grazie!

The resort is situated on the north side of Mount ETNA.... It is so relaxing and quiet good place for relaxing and piece of mind

Excellent room, excellent staff. Food in the clubhouse at lunch was wonderful, as was the service. Evening meal lacked a little, both in quality and service. I would advise not to miss the breakfast, as it was wonderful. We will be returning soon.

Club House not equipped with lift making accessibility to rooms quite limited. Water pressure in shower can be much better.

Unique location and ambience; very helpful and welcoming staff; spacious, clean and very well equipped rooms in the club house; a haven for golfers and non.
