The nice cafes and restaurants are just around the hotel and bus station is also very close. Water in the shower room was too slowly drained but it was not a big problem. They cleaned the room everyday so nice. The beds were very comfortable to stay for my family there.

Bathroom was not the cleanest - mould in the shower. Very noisy at night because we are in the city centre.

Amazing location! So close to the Pantheon. Everything is walking distance. Just one bus to the Vatican as well. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything was perfect but we had an incident, because our AirPods disappeared from inside of the room.

I requested a room I'd stayed in 3 times before and was told on a call to Bookings that I would get the requested room but someone else was in it when we arrived. I didn't question the move because it would have been futile. Room we got was nice but smaller and had only 1 bathroom (other room had 2) for the 4 women in our group.

Great location for eating, and visiting sites like Navona Piazza, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and Pantheon are an easy walk. Forum and Colosseum are a little farther but still walkable. Property is efficiently run and manager Alessia is helpful with bookings of taxis and restaurants.

Bathroom was not as clean as we hoped. Shower was challenging to use. Getting into our room was a challenge due to digital key pad not working. But Giuseppe was very responsive and with his help we got in. Once we had used the lock and key a couple of times we had a feel for it and it worked fine.

Great location. 3 minutes to the Pantheon, 30 minute walks to The Vatican and the Colosseum. 10 to Trevi Fountain. A fun vibe with many cafes, restaurants right outside the door. Bed comfortable and nice size. Felt very secure with the locks and doors.

From the momenmt i booked i received at least 1 email per day for this and that ..no other hotel or B&B is so ezxessice ..problem is emails are duplicates most of the time . It is fixable

The shower needs to be cleaned a bit better and the commune is quite shabby. The dustbin in the main kitchenette area should be placed somewhere else as the smells engulfs you when you enter premises.

The shower had only a hand held stick, the overhead shower head was missing. Never actually got to meet any staff only communicated via whatts app.

The hotel is located conveniently to the Pantheon.. The air con was very effective as it was very hot when I was there. The bed was extremely comfortable

A special arrangement we asked months before arrival it was forgotten finally and as we have an infant there was a difficulty. Everything was perfect apart from communication.

Perfect location, you can walk the center with out any need of public transport. Big rooms, not noisy although it was in the heart of the city. Common kitchen for 3 rooms in case you need to prepare something.

- bathrooms were very dirty, rust everywhere and broken tiles/ shower drain - the small bed for third person in triple room was extremely small and tall people can’t sleep on it - nobody greets you, or talk to you. Everything is made online. No contact with owners/managers.. - ac didn’t work correctly - you have to bring your own coffee to use coffee machines - no possibility to lock your room from the inside if you don’t have the key, so people have to lock you in from outside if they want to leave the room and you want to stay - hair in the sheets and on bed spread

Location was excellent and fairly easy to get too from the main train station. Close to all the main attractions but no impact from noise. The hosts were very responsive to messages and helpful.
