Could do with a little more essentials in kitchen, cleaning was not amazing, beds and bedding clean but there was a funny stench downstairs from the kitchen, floors, sofas need a bit of freshening up, lots of stains on walls. Staff were great initially but towards end of trip did not reply to a few requests. Gardens and pool areas needed some maintenance which you would think would have been done at the beginning of the season - overall not bad but not perfect.

Great quiet tranquil location, lovely surroundings. Place stayed was nice. Pools were good.

Tennis and football equipment needs upgrading

Very quiet place in the middle of Tuscany. It’s a short drive to nearby town with restaurants and shop. During our visit there was a 3 day beer festival with live music in Bucine. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were kind and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Pool was clean and plenty of space to relax outside.

The personal in the reception could be a bit more helpfull, basically the 2 topics I requested to them were not solved and I was just told that they were going to inform the maintenance personal to help us but that never happened.

We enjoyed the pool, great size, clean and well maintained. The personal on charged for the cleaning and the breakfast were all very nice.

Not having a restaurant onsite for meals was a bit inconvenient. You definitely need a car to get around. Housekeeping was hit and miss at times.

Breakfast was excellent! Rooms were spacious. Views around the property were breathtaking. Truly centrally located in the heart of Tuscany and in striking distance by car to iconic tuscan villages, towns and cities like Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Arezzo and many more.

There were too many insects, especially flies around, that made it not comfortable to walk around the property and parking space was not in front of our cabin but had to walk in a very stony road.

Good location and breakfast was good for European standards. Could have a little more options for breakfast. The resort was clean and the room had all the amenities required. Air-conditioning was good.

Unfortunately the pool hot tub was not working so we did not get to enjoy any of the pool as it was very cold due to the cooler evenings we had during our stay. The bikes need air in the tires and need the brakes fixed. Had initial issues using the stove but realized the breaker was off. The patio chairs could use some cushions that could be brought out to be used.

Really enjoyed the helpful staff, very friendly and accommodating both at the front office and with breakfast. The villa was very nice and roomy and so nice to have a separate bathroom in each room.

The property doesn't have a restaurant and is rural. We knew this and planned to self-cater for most of our meals during our stay. So, the lack of basic items / staples was disappointing. There was no kettle (to boil water for hot drinks) and no butter knives (only steak knives). We asked for these to be provided, and to be fair they were as soon as we asked. We also suggested the following were missing and would make such a positive difference: No dinner plates No wine glasses No kitchen towel No Condiments: salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic (even though the condiment holder is in the cupboard) No tea bags No (day one) milk in fridge A toaster that worked Better air conditioning units (the ones in our apartment - in the bedrooms upstairs only - were old and nosy). There were several obvious broken items. Again to be fair when we pointed these out the maintenance guy came and fixed what he could. Our over-riding impression was that this rural Tuscany resort was opened with the vision of creating a 4-star retreat. Sadly, it's currently 3-star and struggling. It could so easily be 4-stars and stunning with a little tender loving care (maintenance) and more thought as to what customers would value (e.g. see list above).

Beautiful rural location. Apartments are nicely spread out and so quiet and peaceful. We had a large two bed apartment. Both bedrooms had on suites which were really nice. Swimming pool is great.

The water in the shower was not always warm. We had to take a couple of cold showers. Brrrrr…. Everything else was wonderful!

Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful, Accommodations were terrific and wine was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our trip there and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Bucine.

We loved everything!

We loved every moment of our stay here! We only wish we had more time to spend in this beautiful Resort. It was absolutely beautiful from the rooms, the views, the breakfast, it was all incredible! However the best thing was the hospitality from Anna Laura! She was the most incredible person ever and made our stay absolutely amazing! The kindness from her and her husband Giovanni was out of this world! They made our whole visit feel so warm and cosy! From her husband picking us up at the last minute, Anna Laura organising a last minute evening meal for us, to ensuring we can get around the town and that we have everything we need! Anna Laura was the heart of us visiting this resort and we just can't wait to come back again really soon! Thank you Anna Laura and Giovanni for everything!!! 😍😍😍

We were offseason so the spa and the food was not available, but nothing you cant be without.

The facilities are great, insane nature and views, peace of mind guaranteed. The host was welcoming and the room was spacious and the toilet excellent. A lot of activities available inside the resort.
