It's hard to fault anything as far as the hotel. Was a bit disappointed that the bus stop was moved from the front of the hotel to a 10 min walk away (having luggage). But that wasn't hotel's doing, so can't really fault them there.

The perfect location for visiting Palermo. The airport bus has a stop right across the street for arrivals (they recently moved the departure bus from next door to a few meters away). The rooftop bar and restaurant is excellent with a wonderful view of the city along with a delicious eating experience.

The hotel room can use an upgrade. The sink clogged and the front door lock fell off.

During my recent stay, the concierge, Fillipo, completely transformed my trip from good to unforgettable. Not only did he track down a taxi driver who had overcharged me by $50 — and ensured the situation was resolved quickly — but he also went above and beyond in making sure I experienced the very best of the area. His recommendations for boat excursions, restaurants, and local hidden gems were absolutely spot-on, turning each day into its own highlight. His professionalism, resourcefulness, and genuine care for guests made me feel valued and well taken care of. Thanks to his dedication and personal touch, my hotel stay was 100% better than I could have imagined. This is the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again.

Very poor breakfast. Poor quality, often ran out of standard items (bread) and choice not 4 star standard.

There was some sort of high level conference going on which involved a lot of police, bodyguards, security, etc. in and around the hotel for a few days.

The breakfast was huge and varied, with many types of choices, healthy and otherwise, and a special table of Sicilian sweets to try. The room was large and modern with a window overlooking the piazza but still very quiet.

Can’t think of anything!

The breakfast was divine! I loved all of the options. The rooms were nice and comfortable. My husband thought the A/C could have worked a little better though. The rooftop restaurant for dinner was excellent as well!

Unfortunately on the last night of our stay we have to mention that a group of approximately 12 people were also dining in the roof top restaurant. This group spent approximately 45 minutes * standing much too close to our table when we were dining. The group eventually sat down at their own table after 45 minutes. We suggest that an improvement could be made if there are groups dining in the roof top restaurant in the future. Perhaps a temporary screen could be considered to separate such a group from the other people dining in the restaurant. This is no criticism of the staff working in the roof top restaurant. We met Alessia and three waiters who all provide an excellent service.

Lovely centrally located hotel in a nice area. Helpful, friendly, professional staff - Housekeeping, all Receptionists including Joshua, Andrea, Raffaele, Alessio, staff in Breakfast room, staff in roof top restaurant. A few of the staff serving at breakfast could learn from the reception staff and greet customers with a smile.

Excellent modern stylish hotel. Well maintained and tour room has everything you could possibly need. Location is fantastic and the airport bus stop is almost at the hotel front door!
