Note that there are small extras you need to pay for: Towels for the pool or beach, extra sheet if you need ones, etc. It's not a big issue, although it was abit surprising. Nevertheless, it is still very recommended :)

Great place. Well located, just a few minutes walk from the lake and 15 minutes walk from city center. Very friendly staff, extremely clean and modern rooms.

Lovely, clean and modern. Rooms were very big, with views of the lake and lots of seating space in addition to beds.Nice pool area with reasonably priced drinks at the pool bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was awesome - close to beach, away from the business of Peschiera centre but still only a 10 walk to all the cafes, ristorantes and shops.

Not much really, we were in the annexe which had to be accessed via 9 stairs which made it difficult with a heavy case.

Pool Bar was closed when we visited. Early June.

This is a lovely boutique style hotel near the town of Peschiera del Garda. About a twenty minute walk to the center of the town. Close to the lake. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the area is lovely and quiet. Pool is fabulous and very safe.

Some rules and facilities that are fair and I was okay with, but just would be good to be aware of before booking: • Have to pay for towels for pool if you don’t bring your own • No food in room • ‘Coffee bar’ is just a coffee machine in reception you do have to pay for • Bring flip flops as you are not allowed to wear shoes around to the pool

Great location, lots of restaurants around, very close to lake! Also very clean and friendly staff. Great value for money!

Expected my expectations, so modern, very unique , excellent decoration, great spacious rooms and bathrooms are EXCELLENT as well as view. Breakfast was delicious, great variety. Staff were WONDERFUL, so kind and helpful. Very residential and safe location . Inside parking was perfect, so convenient.

Breakfast was a bit too 'continental' for me but they were happy to cook fresh eggs for you which were the tastiest free range eggs I have ever had in a hotel. I just wish they had beans, but thats me being ultra fussy!

Very spacious room for a family of four, extremely clean and modern, I would say it was as good as any 4 or 5 star hotel we have stayed in.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location next to Lake Garda. Lovely spacious room with large comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, aircon and a balcony with a lake view. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and bathing area which were very welcome after a hot afternoon. The hotel provided a very good breakfast and also private parking. It is a short walk along a lakeside promenade to the town of Peschiara which is well worth visiting. Would highly recommend this hotel.

lovely hotel, set at the end of a walkway straight into the main town, about a 15 minute walk away. We arrived by train and it was easy to walk to the hotel from there. Room was very big and spacious, powerful shower and a great view to the lake. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and all very fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly too!
