It would be nice to have better variety of food . Breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner menus are not extensive and not typical delicious Italian food. The wine selection is not greatest. Would be nice to see real farm to table menu with healthy alternatives. The room service is outrageously expensive, they charge 50 euro service fee . I have never seen a charge like that anywhere in the world especially in spa resorts of this kind where everything is supposed to make you relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Spa facilities are gorgeous but the treatments are not up to the standards. I had 2 massages and neither of them was amazing . I think they need to work on upgrading the menus and quality of service. Once it’s done it would be unbeatable place!!

The resort is spotless and well maintained. The views are spectacular. It is very peaceful and quiet. If you are looking to be away for the hustle and noise, it’s the place to be. The grounds are beautiful. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is polite.

Some rooms are located outside the main property, while others are inside, but this information was only shared after booking. It would have been better if it had been clearly mentioned on the website during the booking process.

The rooms were fairly small but clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor-outdoor pool, though the massages were quite average compared to other spa resorts we've visited. The food and wine selection at the resort were outstanding, and the views across the property were truly impressive. I would definitely return if I ever visit that area of Italy again. Also remember to call the resort before booking as some rooms are far from the property and some are inside the property.

In the saunas (Spa) you were not to wear a swimsuit, but wrap in a towel. I wish there would have been a nude option as the towels are huge and like wrapping in a blanket.

Wearing just a towel for the sauna(s) isn't very practical. Been to other places that don't require that. A small inconvenience. A couple of guests with mobile phones at the pool. One wonders why travel to such an amazing place to be on a phone!!!!

Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Brand new facility. Amazing Spa. Good food. Overlooking a sumptuous region. Not sure how one could expect more.

Overall the property was beautiful and clean. The only problem we have with the property is our bathroom has a strong sewer smell. The staff tried everything to eliminate the odor. However, they couldn't succeed.

Only one complaint, but it’s a big one. There are no top sheets for the bed, only a comforter. So, if you get hot, you either suffer or you sleep without any cover.

Service a bit below standard and not very efficient for the type of facility. No one to welcome/pick up luggage at arrival, a general feeling of lack of organisation. Room sold as a suite (effectively a junior). A general smell of mould (not eccessive, but constantly present)

no athmosmhere in this hotel. Actually i did not came for the wellness but for the location and high standard rooms, well don't come to this place if you do not use the wellness, it is ways to expensive for what it is.
