Cracked dishes, and no comfortable chairs for sitting at the 'table'. It was uncomfortable accessing the accommodation with all of the people hanging around the street. Room was not as advertised on the booking site.

The road was very uncomfortable to walk on in the evening. Big groups of intimidating people hung out round outside the hotel entrance, which was unsettling especially because we arrived at midnight on the first day when they were all there. If I had gone to stay at that hotel on my own (young female) I would have turned right around as soon as I saw the people there. The room was also on the ground floor with the door opening up into the communal yard, which was also not nice since I didn’t want to be left in the room on my own due to it being easy access from the road if a random person found out the pin to get in or just followed someone into the hotel grounds. There were also no glasses or water provided, after a flight etc I was thirsty when I got to the room.

Clean room, nice workers, room was freshened up everyday and easy access to the train station

They give us another room than we paid for. They give us cheaper room with no facilities we expected to have according to the room type description (we booked a studio). That’s the main issue for us. Also the street where place located looks creepy and dangerous, not a good option for women especially for solo travellers. Btw we arrived at night so they ask me to share with them my CC details even if I paid in advance and the city tax should be paid at the property (I told them I can pay the tax next day at the reception but no).

Cleaning. Our room was clean and daily cleaning was also good. Central location, it was super easy to get anywhere.

Unfortunately the area is unsafe. The rooms are of varying quality: We stayed overnight twice during our trip. The first one was substandard: broken toilet, broken air conditioner, loud noise from the street... The second room was very good - quiet, well equipped etc

I was sent a link to check in, but this did not work. This resulted in more difficulties and frustration. I nearly booked into another hotel. Finally, I managed to contact the company. They sent me the codes to enter the apartment. Unfortunately, I had 40kilo of baggage. I was unaware there was no lift, so I had to carry, in stages, my cases up 2 flights of stairs. The apartment is large, clean, and warm. The bed is comfortable. The mattress is clean. The bathroom is clean and large. However, the shower is not great, and the holder was broken. There's mould in the shower 6 the tap in the sink is too big. The water sprays out and splashes the user. The apartment is well situated and a useful place to stay but overpriced, I feel.

The apartment is large, clean and warm.  The bed is comfortable. The mattress is  clean. The location is within easy reach of the station. However, I was given wrong directions and walked for 90 mins, this made me uncomfortable as a single woman waking around this neighbourhood at night.

It still a bit dangerous for people surrounding that environment because it was lively and crowded. The reception is not 24 hours and the bedsheet is just sheet, not really comfortable.

It is really convenient because it is just next to the biggest station of Roma. And it has all kitchen appliances. And shops are all around the space.

The bed was really uncomfortable, we had to put the spare duvet on top of the mattress. Plug in kitchenette was broke so had to use socket near floor to boil the kettle ( not ideal) No handle on bathroom door. Shower was not great, but towels were fluffy. Nothing like the photos at all. Won’t be coming back.

friendly reception staff . big room the room was dated but clean location was v.good for getting around very close to Metro / trams / coaches / trains (roma termini) but the area around the hotel was moody, unsafe at night.

It was very basic and in need of some maintenance and updating. The shower was broken when we arrived, staff did attend to it but the replacement shower head was only slightly better. The kitchenette was very basic with only a few items, but met our needs as we only wanted breakfast and drinks there. Just very tired and in need of some TLC.

It's a great location and we needed to be near Termini for the early journey home. Good value for money overall, you get what you pay for.

The shower sink had a disgusting smell coming from it . when we entered the room there was a towel covering it so clearly they knew about the issue. The bathroom door was also broken, very hard to open once you were in there and so sometimes couldnt get out.

Late Check out was approved 2 weeks before my stay , when got to the hotel I was told that I was not allowed to check out after 10am . The staff rushed me to leave at 10am Please do not aprove a request if is not going to be compiled .

1st floor is up 2 flights of stairs. Floors in as apartment were filthy with hair, dirt and dust. Shower was nasty and had mold. I requested shower head be fixed and was not fixed when I left 3 days later. Bed was not comfortable at all, you could feel springs.

Great location very close to the train station, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lack of information.We came around 5pm. No specific details of the building to go. It's like a maze. There should have been a code like building A entrance (place on top of the entrance door) from the black iron gate. From that sign, it's easy to find the room. Mind you the black iron gate doesn't have a sign to press something to unlock the door. Imagine 2 couples missed their train just because they were locked inside. Not so safe. It's because of that stupid black iron door that was locked the whole time. They didn't know how to open it. It's too dark in every place also. There should be a sensor lights auto on once somebody passes by. Very confusing to find the room. Numbers are not sequential.

The bad reviews outweighed the good so was pleasantly surprised that it was okay. Bed hard for me good for partner, basic soap and shampoo dispenser in shower.
