Property is new, nicely kept and very close to the station and to downtown with it's own parking lot. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable there.

The service was excellent and the staff did everything to make the stay the best.The hotel is in a great location only five minutes walk from the train station and maybe just a bit longer to the centre of Feligno. Great.

Breakfast was good but savoury selection was very limited compared to sweets; while rooms were technologically advanced and fashionable I’d have appreciated an extra socket for the mobile close to the bed :)

High-tech and style (electronic blinds and light switches as unified system) can be overdone and come close to actually being a hindrance to feeling at ease in a room. For me, this was the case, for style-afficionados it might not be.

Staff truly welcoming, although I must have looked out of place in my hiker's outfit. Great location, unusually early check-out no problem once communicated to staff the evening before. Broken or non-existant Italian on the traveller's part no problem (though non-existant Italan _and_ English might actuallly be...).

The common space was elegant but not comfortable. It would have been nice to have a space outside of my room to relax and talk to our traveling companions.

Everything was perfect. The only problem I had was the temperature in the room. My room was GORGEOUS. It was one of the front rooms. I am sensitive to noise, and the scooters/motorbikes going by all day and night were extremely loud. We couldn't keep our windows open because of that. The hotel operates the air conditioning and heat in a winter mode and a sumner mode for the entire hotel. It was very hot and stuffy in the room with the windows closed and they were in winter mode so the only air we could get was heat. =( It would have been incredible to have had a ceiling fan in the room. Even a small table top fan would have been helpful. To make this hotel perfect, all that is needed is individual temp control for each room. Wall units would help. There was a room available in the back of the hotel that they offered us but it wasn't as pretty as ours and the scooters are so loud I can't imagine it would have made a difference if we moved.

Absolutely beautiful, amazing staff. Excellent location, steps from the train and just a few minutes to walk to town.
