The parking spaces were such that most cars took up 2 spaces, so finding a space was always a little tricky

Nothing about the property. as for the entire region, you need to be a good driver to climb up the steep and squiggly road.

Only 2 charging units - that includes the cattle, microwave and TV - you can’t have all 3 working in the same time:) not speaking about charging phones ets. Guidance where to find the skibus and a timetable would be quite useful as well.

Quiet place on top of the hill - a bit far from everything and the hill itself is quite steep. Having a car is quite useful! Everything was available and everything looks new. A lot of dryers is very useful after skiing day

It would be good if there was a left luggage option at the accomodation as check in was not available until 4pm. Perhapes in the garage or ski room . The available bag storage location was over 5km from the accomodation, so not suitable if you are traveling with public transport. Also note there is a short way to walk to this appartment by the church, this information would have been good at check in, as google maps adds a 600m walk from the bus stop.

The view was fantastic! We never met any staff, but we communicated with them on WhatsApp. They were incredibly nice and helpful all the time. The apartment was perfect for the three of us. Nice and comfortable.

The roads are too small and the navi went crazy at some point ( not the hotel to blame)

The View was really nice, clean rooms, we was allowed to park in the parking of hotel and walk to the lift instead of waiting the bus. The personal was really kind and helpful

On the downside was the bed was very squeaky. Even on slight turn when sleeping, it would squeak :( Also not very soundproof. We can constantly hear loud footsteps from the people living above us.

Love the studio that we stayed in. It was way above our expectations and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Location wise is great but only if you have a car. If you’re skiing or snowboarding, be prepared to carry your gears up and down some steep hills which can be tiring.

Good location. Good ratio of price and accommodation facilities. Close to the ski bus. Underground garage. Ski bus tickets included in the price of the stay.

The dryer in the apartment wasn’t working well even with little load, it couldn’t dry properly even after putting it for 1 hour.

We didn’t have a car and the place to drop bags was 4km away but they provided us with bus tickets. However the nearest bus stop is about a 15min walk up an incredibly steep hill to the property or down to the bus stop. This wasn’t ideal as we had to carry our belongings. Not a problem if you have a car.

Lovely Property. View from the Balcony was incredible ans had 2 lounge chairs and a table and chairs to enjoy the view. Large space with lovely clean kitchen and bathroom.

Amazing place, everything was perfect! Big clean room, breathtaking view and well equipped kitchen. I particularly appreciated a kit with a sponge, towel and rubbish bags for cleaning the kitchen. Perfect location, really close to lots of hiking trails.

Parking garage spaces are impossibly small, in pairs between columns. Early arrivers take their half out of the middle, leaving later arrivers with room only for a bicycle.

Check in process was incredibly frustrating! There was No One to speak to in person. The check in over the phone requested photos through What’s Up, which we don’t use regularly. Ultimately we had drove to the hotel Antares to check in in person. We did not see any messages from booking.com about the What’s up check in! The room itself #263 was very difficult to find on the property site. There was no instructions on the parking for our car.

The window in the bathroom was facing towards the entrance, not very fun. For a long stay, you should take care of your own toiletries. Check-in took some time, as no one answered the phone. The beds were squeaking.

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped and a very good solution when traveling with a baby. Underground parking.

I would appreciate being contacted via booking, not WhatsApp, also sending our IDs through WhatsApp doesn't seem secure, there should be a safe way how to do this. The building next to our apartment was undergoing a reconstruction so there was a lot of noise, a heads up would be nice.
