A little mold in the shower but otherwise very clean. No elevator and two flights up with suitcases can be a challenge. No toaster and the teflon frying pans were in very bad condition and should be replaced immediately since this is very unhealthy. Hotel Service desk hard to contact.

Location was fantastic!! Short and easy walk to everything. The host and staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Marco and his colleague who made our stay extremely comfortable and responded super quickly, with great recommendations!

The apartment was difficult to find and it was very stressful driving through Taormina circling round the small streets looking for it. Apparently there is video on how to find the apartment but we didn't get it.

Spacious apartment on a quiet street, though in a great central location. The apartments provided parking in a garage next door for $15 euros a day; this was a huge assett as parking anywhere else nearby would have been impossible. The large balcony was good and we were allowed to check in early which was appreciated.

Shower water took a long time to heat up.

We loved the location, everything is right on your doorstep. Internet worked really well. Spacious apartment with a great balcony to hangout. Washing machine and every room with A/C.

not necessarily their fault but because of the location and also some neighbours it was quite loud especially early in the mornings. most of the appliances were old and the shower could use some improvement.

its location was perfect, like 2 mins to city center. when we asked for extra blankets etc they provided it immediately and they very attentive. room had many different utilities and the bed was comfortable.

Being woke up by refuse collectors early in the morning but this is not specific to this property. I couldn’t go to a market to buy fresh food for cooking. The local market was closed due to renovations.

Location was amazing. Loads of bars, restaurantes, stores and the Main Street in Town. The property also had a garage (which we needed and was very hard to find in Taormina), and was really spacious. Beds were comfortable and the terrace was lovely. Bear in mind that this is a 3 floor building and you may have to get up stairs with your luggage.

The host is very polite and responding, full support with parking (even allowed us to use the parking space for couple more hours), well equipped flat, two set of keys provided about 4 people, perfect location.
