Comfortable and very clean room, friendly staff and great location in a safe area. I highly recommend. When we had to check out early in the morning, the staff suggested preparing breakfast the previous day (some fruit, Golden rasks and sth sweet - those that can be prepared earlier).

The staff were very kind and helpful The room was nice, clean and in a quite neighborhood yet very close location to the piazzas and other historical places. They provide breakfast in the room which was exceptional for me. I enjoyed my stay completely and would love to come back.

The mattress. It’s not appropriate for such a wonderful property to have a mattress that feels like sleeping on the board.

While the breakfast was provided per order menu to the room, i wish they had a buffet breakfast. you are limited to a small room and many locks to use, but i found it safe and relaxing. Host were very good to talk to and responsive very promptly.

The location of the hotel/room is central to the city and easy walking and bus option available throughout. the breakfast is actually order and delivery to your room in the morning right on time as requested. they actually helped me book the NCC cab from airport to the location as well as for from the location to the railway station. Well managed compact kitchen with basic necessities.

I travel monthly to Rome and Residence Regola is the best place I have stayed in - the staff are always very polite, the check in time of 1 PM is a huge help, the WiFi connection is always strong, the location is perfect (central while being located in a very quiet area), and the rooms are spotless.

You could hear the staff making coffees in the morning. And clanging around dishes. There’s a wee kitchen unit in the lobby area. So could hear that from our room.

Really close to everything. Nice markets around the corner. Place was ideal for a short stay. Walkable to most hot spots in Rome. Bed was really comfy.

The hotel is not on the street. We have to carry our luggage to walk 1 minute. It is not big deal for us.

There wasn't a single thing that we didn't like.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The facilities were clean and modern. They had coffee in our kitchenette so that we could make our own espresso and provided a few complimentary water bottles in the fridge, which we really appreciated on our long walks. The breakfast was great, and the tray came to our room at our time of preference. The fresh fruit bowl was so tasty. They accommodated my allergies and made an almond milk cappuccino for me each morning. The location is A+ because it is close to so many amazing spots. We highly recommend Residence Regola.

WiFi in the Superior Room is not as strong as the other room I stayed in (the Classic, I think) but still works sufficiently well

I would have liked different/varied breakfast options.

I liked the cleanliness, staff and location the most. The room was impeccable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was always very good. Additionally, I valued the location, as there were many restaurants, public transportation, stores and laundry facility nearby.
