The location was really hard to reach from city centre after 10 pm due to change in bus line.

The place is huge and clean. The lady in the reception was really kind towards to us, even gave some tips regarding the city.

Not many bars, restaurants or shops around, nothing available at the property., Rooms are large but empty, they're comfortable but not very cozy or welcoming. More like a student accommodation. Bed mattress and pillows were rather stiff and not very comfortable.

Good location, a bit cheaper than the city centre and very close to the airport, which was important for us, having an early flight. Train station nearby. Entire building is air conditioned 24/7 so it felt very comfortable. Large rooms, super clean, very basic, looking like an office conversion, very helpful reception staff. It was OK for one night.

The only missing thing was a "vending machine" to buy snacks and drinks. This would be a nice add-on. Perhaps there is one and we just didn't find it?

Extremely nice staff, who did help us to find our way into the Bologna city centre and a good place to have breakfast next morning. Very large apartments and they have been very clean. We also have been able to find free nearby parking locations on the street.

I spent a while trying to figure out the AC. Im not sure that i did but since i had to stay in and work I couldn’t run down and ask. The temperature did drop so sleeping was very comfortable

It’s really well located- though there was some work being done on the road to get there. The staff were incredibly nice! My room wasn’t completely ready when i got the at 14:30 but the cleaning staff was incredibly sweet and finished it up in 10 minutes.

is little bite far/don't have direct transportation to Bologna Fiera except through Tax or a long route through bus. but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The reception team was quite nice and helpful, the room was as seen in the pictures and as per expectation, was quite clean and tidy yet it is simple. the location is quite nice & calm and easy to commute to Downtown through bus # 23.

Nothing to drink when we arrived the information said there was vending machines but unfortunately they didn’t, room was extremely hot and we couldn’t see any way of cooling it down.

The location was not far from the airport €20 in a taxi, room was a good size, bed was comfortable enough.

I missed to explicitly ask to clean the room, but there was no cleaning during my stay. I did not complain about that, I only missed to supply new washing gel. The weather was warmer than expected, but the air conditioning could not be activated. Considering a flexibility and the last minute booking at a good price overall I was much more happy than unhappy.

The hotel was easily reachable from the airport, even walkable distance without luggage. A train station was close and it was easy to reach the city center. Bus is also an option, but it is much slower. I mainly stayed there for sleeping, and the microwave was a big plus. I could do the check in earlier. The receptionists were always really helpful and flexible, that was a big plus. Also I could leave my luggage on the last day after check out.

Quite far from the center. The price during my stay was too high, perhaps because of the exhibition.

The bus stop is 5 minutes to go. You can get easy by public transport to the airport (20 minutes). The room was clean. The personal was very helpfull and kind. I could find averything that it needed in the apartments. It was quite cold in the room.

The only thing i did not like are the air conditioners. Fortunately enough we went in September and it was raining so it wasn't that hot. But still we had one in the kitchen that was not working and another 1 in the room but it was the floor mounted one. However, I would go during the winter again, but not in summer because it would be very hot, and I like to stay in hotels where the air conditions actually work.

The gym equipment could use an update, and the Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow, averaging around 10 Mbps.

We chose this residence specifically for its in-room kitchen, as we were staying for three weeks while traveling for work. Arriving by car, we appreciated the secure underground parking, which made things much easier. The residence offers several useful amenities, including a convenient laundry room that we used often during our stay. Though it might seem a bit far from the city center, there’s actually a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, with regular buses running until midnight, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the location was perfect for us since it was very close to my workplace. Overall, this residence provided everything we needed for a comfortable, long-term stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the beds, they were not too comfy but for one night it was okay. I found myself very chilly in the night, the aircon was on but it was nice.

When I arrived the staff were amazing, I am English and only know very little Italian so they adjusted to my needs. They were very helpful as well. I had a studio room and it was very spacious, a lovely view with large windows and a balcony. The room was clean and prepped with amenities. I would definitely stay here again. It was about a 20 minute walk away from a Lidl and surrounded with a good view.

The airconditioning seemed quite old and just didn't cool unfortunately so the night was not very pleasant...

We needed a place close to the airport so this was great. The receptionist was very welcoming and also ordered us a taxi for 6am, great service.

Towels could be cleaner one of the towels had a stain and hopefully they'll repaint the walls, so the room can look more fresh.

For the price it's good, staff is nice and friendly and fairly clean and spacious room with kitchen utilities. Overall okay.
