Very comfortable apartment and lots of room. Everything was very clean. The location and value for money is excellent!

On their booking ad, private parking and spa were included. However, spa was unavailable during our stay due to some error/maintenance and parking is actually an external service at 20eur/day price tag. I suggest updating your ad on booking site with actual status as that may influence customer's selection. Besides that, very nice experience.

The location was in an area with tons of shopping and restaurants. For some reason we got an apartment and it was so nice and big. We found a nice outside cafe and the owner sat down with us during dinner. The Residence had free breakfast and espresso in the morning the coffee was the best. We flew in and were able to take the train from the airport to an area close to the Residence. It is also very close to the Cruise port.

There was no space for taxi drop off or pickups directly in front of the apartment. Found it very difficult to cross a very, very busy street to enter an uber or taxi. I have walking difficulties and found this very difficult.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious which was welcome after several weeks sharing a state room aboard a cruise ship.

Could have been a few basics in the room on arrival - otherwise everything was excellent. Was some noise from the road below at night, but if you're booking a hotel room in the middle of the city I don't think it's fair to make an issue of it being on a road!

Superb value for money. Very clean, and a beautiful building in a beautiful City. Could have done with a few more basics in the room (no coffee or milk) as we arrived close to mid-night, but there was a Co-op less than 2 minutes walk away which was ideal to get the few supplies we needed. Rooms (bedroom, lounge and bathroom) were all larger than we expected and meant we had a wonderful stay. Reception in the adjacent building was quick and efficient and very friendly

Loved everything.

Great location. It was a great value for 4 friends traveling together. We booked a two bedroom apartment. Grocery store was super close by. Easy to walk to the historic district.

The Wifi wasn't working during our entire stay. There were some key elements missing in the kitchen (e.g. a towel or something similar to wipe).

That we were upgraded to a bigger room. That we had two bathrooms and kitchen. The location on the 4th floor was also very good. The staff was very kind, there were some basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, pepper).

Busy street with quite a lot of noise, and the air-conditioning was located in the corridor, so it didn't cool the bedroom enough.

Very spacious apartment with all facilities, great value for money if you are with 4 people. Good location.
