The chaise in the room was a little dusty, but that's really minor.

Location is excellent, near to plenty of attractions and restaurants. General cleanliness was good, and there were some complimentary snacks, nespresso coffee, tea and water provided in the room. The "reception" area had a computer and printer if you needed to print off any tickets. For the price we're paying, I don't think we can get much better.

The stairs from the street to the rooms may at first sight seem a bit worrying, especially if you arrive later in the evening, when it is dark. But once you are in the building, everything is great. In the daylight, the stairs are charming.

The location is excellent, safe and at the same time lively street. Our small room was recentle renovated, the bathroom was really nice, we loved our balcony window. The coffee maker saved our mornings. The cleaning staff was professional and worked with a warm tone of voice. The lobby = art exhibition.

the room was very small. especially the bathroom and the shower. absence of the reception or even a person full time there, is really minus for the first comers in Rome.

If I want to nitpick, the mattress was a bit stiff, and the shower box was super small and somewhat hard to get into. Also the noise made by some inconsiderable guests from the halls/stairways couldn't be ignored.

It was weird at first to communicate via WhatsApp and never see any staff member, as well as the treasure hunt for the keycard and room, but overall the response to any question was quick and kind. Location was superb, right in the midst of everything, yet not on such a busy street like the ones nearby. Place always smelled nice, and the room was clean. Didn't expect for water, coffee and some snacks to be refilled daily, so that was nice as well.

A bit noise room because main street view, but for me even better, I like so A bit could be some problems with check in, no reception, you received cod for main door in what's app and can find the keys for room by yourself inside For me was not a problem, but for someone could be...you have yo know English or Italian A problem was with shower cabin door, it works not ok ( The elevator works only to 3rd floor, after you have to go down by foot with bags, because rooms on 2 floor

Perfect location, spanish steps 2 min, shops, cafes, via corso.. Amazing design of room and main hall, furniture.... Very clean and comfortable Coffee machine in room and fridge, every day you have capsules for coffee machine, water and snacks...even 4☆ hotels don't have such) You can take umbrella if you need

Floor a little dirty as picked up dirt on feet when going barefoot. No elevator to 2nd floor. Not enough cool air in sitting room. No apps on TV to connect to own streaming service in USA. No small couch or closet in our room like our friends' room.

Close to city center and transportation. Helpfulness of customer service. Sitting room with place to socialize or play cards with traveling companions. Service from airport to hotel and from hotel to port available and less expensive than going online to book.

Well.... of course the price is according to Rome-standards. So its a little on the more expensive side.

The central location was amazing. In the centre of rome. It was easy to get in. The lobby was very nice. The rooms were a little small. Bathroom even cramped. But all things worked.

I wished there was someone at the lobby. Having a drink after a long day or a coffee and fresh croisant served in the morning, makes me everything feel better. No complains though. We knew about the "remote management" before we arrive.

The bed is too soft. The TV did not have any entertainment like Netflix or HBO. It should have a smart TV that Al least allow YouTube and internet access. The Wi-Fi is not strong enough and it drops occasionally.

Staff were helpful. Location is good for access to shopping area, some place of attractions and for meals.

1. The elevator didn't go up the third floor 2 nights in a row (when we tried to go to our room. ordering it from the 3rd floor did work). 2. The wifi didn't work for 2 nights in a row guess some technical issues that happens to all.

Location: Awsome - right in the center. 1 minute from the Spanish steps. 3 minutes from Via Del Corso. 10 minutes from the Pantheon - everthying is really near. Staff & Cleanliness: We contacted the hotel before our arrival and got quick and helpfull responses. Since there is no reception so the only staff met is the cleaning service guys who were really nice, helpfull, cleaned very good, changed the sheets and towels, new expresso capsules and croissants every day. Facilities: No breakfast but not needed, coffee houses, bars and bakery all around the hotel. Air condition: works great.

I ve booked a 2 double rooms for 5 nights for 3 adults and 1 kid (3 years old). so kid stayed with 2 adults and baby cot is needed, it costs 15€/night=75€/5nights, somit is the cost of such a baby cot! and there is almost no space for that.

The location is really perfect. Staff is really helpful, I ve stayed with a kid and we wake up early and he got a sleep during the day so cleaning was done 11-12 to make us able to relax in the middle of the day.

The location is superb, close to the Spanish Steps and about equidistant from the Colosseum and the Vatican.

The beds and pillows were overly hard so the sleep comfort wasn’t what we had in mind with the value we paid.

The property was clean; fabulous location. Jr Suite was spacious for the 3 of us.
