Perfect location in the heart of Rome. The property has a very beautiful design and Domenico the owner was very helpful with everything. Great value for money!

Bed frame was a little big for the room we were in as we kept running into it. Also, we found the room was always slightly humid.

Nico, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful upon arrival and was available via WhatsApp for any questions during our stay. Also, after a 16 mile day of walking, the jacuzzi was wonderful. Fantastic location!

The wall art. The shower is really badly designed. The floor is slippery and there is nowhere to put soap and shampoo.

Nico was very kind and helpful. The B&B is close to the bus that goes to Fumicino.

The price was a little steep, possibly because of the location. The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower head was in an awkward position and leaked.

The room was in a great location just off the main streets and well within walking distances to all main attractions. Our host was loverly and vibed really well with us. Took the time to show us where to go and places to eat via a map. Gave a brief overview of the building. Bed was big and comfy and the room a nice cool temp. Good for summer!

Not easy to locate the place.

The hospitality provided by the owner of the hotel is the highlight for us. Domineco provided us guide how to get around Rome and where to hunt good foods All this is very much appreciated by travellers like us. Pretty strategic location to access train and attractions in Rome.

My room was small, too small for even a couple to not feel cramped, there was a foam pad on what was likely an old mattress, and very tight quarters in the bathroom. Also, there was no public space to sit or have more space/any breathing room. My room rate was also quite a bit above what was posted on the back of the door, which surprised me. And, the breakfast part of B&B never happened. Maybe I misunderstood the deal.

A bit tricky to find, but once located Refugio deli Artist's proved to be very conveniently located. Imperative that you have clear plans for meeting up as there is no onsite staff on a regular basis. Nicco was SUPER kind once we hooked up for me to check in. Very friendly and upbeat.

The whole common area was rather humid because the hot tub. There was also a strong scent used to perfume the common area that was a little too much.

The property is located in heart of Rome and it’s surrounded by many bars and restaurants. It’s very quiet and clean. The host is super friendly and kind.

The room is underground, so be prepared for it being dark. The hot tub/sauna is only allocated to guests for a specific day, not all the time.

The host met us to show us the keys, explain how everything worked and even some recommendations. We loved the hot tub and sauna day too.

The host was very eager to give tips and advice so that we could make the most out of our limited time in the city. He had information about places to eat and quick ways to reach the sights. The jacuzzi and the sauna were a great plus, too!

The one negative i found (if i have to really nitpick) is the air freshener in the room was quite strong. But that is not really a negative, more a personap preference

The room and the location were great. The owner of the b&b was super friendly, gave us a lot of recommendations and responded immediately to anything we asked. On my way back I had to head to the airport at 4 am so he called a taxi in advance, and then texted me at 4 am to make sure I was picked up.

The place was very perfect, near from all famous monument in centre of Roma. I loved the private jacuzzi and spa. The room is downstair so it's very nice because when it's hot outside, your room is fresh when you go back after a long walk in Roma. The host was perfect, present for guest, he gave me very good tips to visit and to eat in Roma, you can ask to him every question. I loved, I have been very happy to stayed over there.
