Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Getting to venue by uber was not an option because most uber drivers didn't want the short trip. Bit difficult with large luggage.
Cozy room. Was clean and comfortable for 1 night stay. Close to the free airport shuttle drop off point. Reception staff was helpful.

I think this hotel make me so creepy and scary at night,and so dark outside especially in the midnight,and I hope too a hotel can provide a kettle for each room for easier to us to make anything simple drink or just boil a water,and I hope that too you re can change a situation and quiet place around to your hotel to be more not quiet and loneliness feeling at night especially at midnight

There is no staff in the night which make the place feel a bit deserted. Old furnitures. No coffee or even kettle in the room and no option to have coffee in the early morning, before the staff come back. Google does not know where the shuttle is- to the hotel, so they should write it in the how to get there.
Its 7 minute from the airport by free Shuttle, T1, -1, outside infront of the terminal. Very clean. Fine for a night near the airport at a reasonable price. Best bruschetta ever! In the hotel restaurant

The facilities felt rather like an old people’s home, somewhat derelict and shabby. We did enjoy our stay but we’re disappointed in the shower that was inadequate and the lack of useable power outlets.

The description of the hotel says “A free airport shuttle bus is provided”. Well, the service is provided by the municipality and not the hotel and it’s 10 minutes walking from the property which would be completely fine during the day but early in the morning/night was completely dark and isolated so not great of a woman is alone.
It’s super basic, worth it just because of the airport nearby.

The grounds of the property needs some attention. The price was high but one of the lowest in the area for the date that said the property served our needs and we were pleasantly surprised overall
Airport shuttle was 2 blocks away and easy to catch. We stayed because we were leaving out of MXP the next day. There isn't anything to see here but the train into Milan was easy to get to.

WiFi never worked the 2 days I was there. Breakfast was very very basic, no real choice and different each day. Bedroom had no heating and walls are paper thin

Location especially if you need to stay near the airport + value for money. It was one night (for me) and this was the cheapest option that just made sense to me! Also had an early flight the next day and the shuttles were easy to navigate to and reliable in expecting. Was happy to see a restaurant attached that was good tasting food and good prices — overall, good spot

The bed in single room is too small!
The property have big advantage because they are close to the airport Malpensa, and the bus station for shuttle bus is very close. The stuff is super friendly!

There are steps everywhere! Even my room had steps as you entered (not ideal when carrying bags and cases). My room was cold and the air conditioning/heating very noisy. I had to take a blanket from the wardrobe and put it on the bed
Hotel is comfortable, well located for Malpensa airport and if you are travelling by car, very close to motorways. Food in the restaurant was inexpensive and good quality.
