Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The rooms are relatively small, and furniture needs updating, but it wasn't an issue for us
Quiet part of Rimini, we liked the food, the friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the beach, proximity to the city centre, the lovely view from the balcony.

Broken A/C, small variety of savory ingredients on breakfast. Expensive coffee. We had a problem as well with coning back in the night to the place, employee was sleeping, we had to wait.
The pool, the stuff and terrace. Lady and young guy on reception were great and polite.

Nothing, except of the standard White wine (there is no vino de la casa,) but the standard white wine was warm served (OK, at 10.30 PM) and is not very tasty in my opinion.
Old fashioned Hotel, but still in rooms furniture, desks, wardrobe,, bathroom (tiles) are still fine , good condition. Staff ist great and friendly, especially Giulia is such lovely person.❤️ Breakfast is very good, even top for that price. Greetings to Giulia , Michelangelo and all others.

No kettle for a proper brew in the room, but staff happy to provide what you need downstairs.

The shower cabin is very small. A child can shower in it, but for an adult, it is kind of difficult. The parking. They charge 15 euros a day for a parking spot in a non equipped parking. It is ok to charge for parking... but not that much.
The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast has sufficient food. They serve homemade cookies (delicious) Rooms are big enough. Beds are comfortable.

Only thing was the AC that was not always working properly but the staff did their best to fix it.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Location was good next to the beach (free beach just couple minutes away) and access to a pool on the other side of the street. San Giuliano Mare is a bit quiter side of the town but with lots of good restaurants and still close to the city centre and the old town.

The shower is very narrow. There is not too much space in the room either.
Very good and delicious breakfast. The employees are helpful and kind. The hotel is located by the beach. The rooms are clean. The bed is big.

Housekeeping should knock the door when entering room/bathroom, I was in bathroom naked and some lady opened the door without knocking. Also it s the first time when someone is asking me money in a hotel because I asked for 2 glasses for the room, I mean you should put glasses there already not to ask customers for money instead, we sometimes drink in our room liquids too because it s summer and it s hot. The person who asked for money was not from front staff it was someone from management team, he was also asking me : “Do you have drinks in your room? “ like … what is wrong having drinks in your room? And why does it matter after all for you ? I just asked for 2 glasses not free meals. Swimming pool is closing at 6 PM.
Breakfast very good and the staff from breakfast very nice. Nice balcony with sea view and cleaning service.

There was absolutely nothing to be dissatisfied with, except for the slightly smaller size of the room, which wasn't a significant issue at all.
The hotel was excellent, with a direct bus from the train station and a prime location right opposite the beach. The room was impeccably clean, and they even offered a delightful evening buffet. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay.
