The power cut out a couple of times if you have the washing machine and stereo on at the same time. The cleaner who arrived promptly at 10am check out was pretty abrupt and unfriendly whilst we were trying to leave with heavy bags.

The party places close to the apartment weren't quite open during weekdays so that was a bit disappointing

Tourist tax!

Apartment was in a good location, right next to the Colosseum. Secure and quiet building, apartment is spacious, we were 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Unfortunately for us the record player was not working.

We loved everything, great location, lovely neighbourhood right by the colosseum. Spacious apartment with good amenities. Comfortable bed and sofa bed was fine. As others have mentioned the shower was slow to drain, but that’s all part of living in an old building so it just added to the charm. Would definitely stay there again.

We were 4 friends (booked as 4),but bed sheets were only for 2 persons. There was “air conditioning” but it couldn’t cool enough in summer, and the cool air doesn’t go through every room and in bedroom was no air. Very early check out at 10. am

Very tiny and a bit scary lift (elevator), but that’s expected in an old Italian apartment building.

Excellent location super close to Colosseo and ancient Roman Forum in a beautiful/ peaceful street with great view and access. Building has a very convenient small elevator specially perfect for carrying luggage up and down. Very easy check in/out processes! Apartment is really cute and has everything you need for 4 people. Uber rides were available to premises within 2-3 minutes.

Very convenient location, walking distance to several touristy sites such as the Colosseum, The Forum and the Circus Maximus. It is also located nearby a metro stop which made traveling to other areas in Rome, very easy. It's a small apartment but its clean, cozy and had all the necessary amenities such as hot water and WiFi.
