The location was fabulous. Close to restaurants and walkable to the marina. The breakfast and service were exceptional!! The host Mariella was super helpful with directions getting into the room and guiding us where to visit during our stay.

The location was perfect. An easy 7 minute walk from the train station, right outside the old city, and down the block from the botanical gardens. The staff was helpful with things to see and do, restaurants etc. the breakfast was fantastic.

Sa Domu Cheta is a nice and interesting boutique hotel in a beautiful building in the Old Town of Cagliari, steps away from restaurants and bars. The rooms have a lot of charm. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Not only is the hotel perfectly situated in the heart of Cagliari‘s center, but also it offers an authentic Sardinian vibe and experience. We were celebrating our marriage and were properly received from the friendly staff where they prepared our room accordingly. The room has very good air conditioning and has a little nice balcony to stand in and take a look at the bustling street underneath. Our stay was short as we had to travel, and had the unfortunate event of losing one of our phones on the way from the hotel to the car, we came back and the hotel manager helped us thoroughly until the phone was located. We are very thankful and will definitely return next year to this cute hotel.

There were some issues with lighting in our corridor which made it a little difficult but saw tradesmen attending to this as we were leaving.

Good location, close to all the bars and restaurants. The staff were so helpful with anything we needed including helping bring our suitcases upstairs. Breakfast provided a variety of anything you could want and beautifully presented.

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B. I was able to check in early, already at 11:30, and was warmly welcomed by the staff. They were very caring and attentive, especially since I was feeling unwell—they brought me everything I needed. The breakfast was lovely, and the location is perfect, right in the centre. My room was very quiet, which I appreciated.

It can be a bit noisy because of the lively street but the double doors keep out most of the noise so we slept very well.

Location is perfect, good bed and pillows, airconditioning (so it isn’t necessary to open a window with street noise).

The location is great- balcony looks out on downtown alley - bars and restaurants. It is noisy, if that is a problem, bring earplugs. Check in is all via ”Whats App” - no reception person on site - so be prepared for that . At breakfast - which is fantastic- staff is available and super helpful and friendly.

The only annoyance is loud crowds during the Saturday night. Although the window cuts out most of the noise the drunk group tourists songs get through 😎

It was quite noisy but this was to be expected with the area, and I didn't seem to have any problems falling asleep despite this.

The location was very handy, and the area felt safe as a solo traveller. The host was very helpful with recommendations and breakfast was lovely.

Parking is tricky and expensive if you have to use a car park but that is what you have if you stay in the historic centre.

Sa Domu Cheta is right in the old town. We received a warm welcome and everyone was very helpful as well as speaking good English. Our room was smallish but clean and very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious each day with a good selection of both sweet and savoury items. There are lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Although the streets were busy until late we didn't experience any noise in our room. We definitely recommend it as a great place to stay in Cagliari.
