With air conditioning it would be perfect. Also they could be a bit more flexible about check in times.

There is no air conditioning in the room, only a fan - we didn't really need one or we use too much but if there was a hot day - things get pretty warm. Inside room doors seem very old and are noisy and not closing well - probably changing those are on the next planned upgrade. Outside/ balcony doors are new and very good. Included breakfast was the minimum necessary and one of the most smallest - diversity wise - I have ever seen (and I've been in some motels in Canada and US and those are tight)- there were only things that if you do not eat today you may try again tomorrow, or day after tomorrow. Worked for us in the end, we took it as a bonus anyway and we had coffee, milk and hot water as much as you want so that was good enough for us.

We got 2 rooms next to each other with very nice views. Exactly as we asked for and staff was very nice to accommodate. We missed a fridge in the room the first couple of days - we asked for one and we got it. In my view any hotel should have a small fridge these days. Very good wi-fi - but hotel was not crowded at the time we were there.

It was very welcoming, staff super friendly. Rooms had a 10 out of 10 view of the bay. Food was delicious, we had a catch of the day sea plat. Really enjoyed and recommend it. 👌

The rooms need improvement. The shower is super small and no place to put toiletries. No A/C but a modern fan that spins. No fridge in rooms which was very inconvenient.

Location outside of the city. The view was fantastic. The staff was fabulous, very helpful. The area is somewhat quiet. Saturday night some club music sound was carried by the water from the city.

Our room 9 had a large ensuite bathroom but the shower cubicle was tiny difficult to operate. The bed creaked and groaned & needs replacing.

Excellent location overlooking beach & bay. Excellent restaurant with delicious wines and dishes. Very nice terrace for meals in good weather. Good WiFi. Car can be parked at the property.

The views were simply stunning. The only thing surpassing the view was the staff. They could not do enough for you, but it was done in a quiet ,friendly manner. Dinner on the terrace overlooking the rolling waves was an experience I’ll never forget . The food was excellent, and great value for money. Parking on site was a real plus.

We missed the normal warm white blanket everywhere ín Italy, they use only a sheet.
