Cold stone floor (for barefoot).

Very comfortable apartment for a city break, when you move around a lot and stay in the apartment a little - great location, comfortable beds (including sofa bed mattress!), new bathroom, very good cafe across the street (Carducci).

the noise, you could hear the neighbors coming home late at night.

excellent area, friendly neighborhood, easy to get in, it also had a place to leave the luggage if needed. I will return for sure.

The apartment. It was dark and a bit dingy. it was a bit dusty and run down. The sound proofing was poor. In the morning we could hear people walking above us and in the night someone above us flushed a toilet and it sounded like i was being water boarded The bed was springy and uncomfortable.

The location of the property is in a short distance from main attractions, local shops and restaurants, Apartment was very modern, spacious, clean and with small tarrace. Best ice cream place next door. I highly recommend this place for a longer stay!

Very nice place, close to the city center. We enjoyed the nearby traditional products shop, the beautiful views and the very full of light apartments. It was a very pleasant stay.

The check-in process is horrible. The code for entering the appartment did not work, but when we got there the appartment key was in the door and the door was open, so we took the key entered the appartment and locked the door. However, anyone that did not had this reservation could have done that, because there was no one there to controll anything. There were also bags of sheets and towels left on the lift and on the stairs (as in the picture). In the lift there was the keys that allows to access the floors of the appartments, but we never saw anyone. Also the next day when we left it was the same situation. I think they need a better management system for the check-in and cleaning staff.

Nice place, with a great view of the city. Not far from the center, and in a good location. The room was nice and bright, very comfortable and clean.

The check-in is complicated. I had to complete the info online for each guest and it required 2 pictures with the ID card and 1 selfie with each person holding the card. It's a little bit too much. Also, the city taxes are not included in the price !!! You have to pay them when you do the online check in. Nobody told us this. After arriving at the apartment we had some questions, but nobody responded, even though we send the messages both on WhatsApp and on Booking. Another thing is that the appartement is situated in a building with lots of Airbnbs belonging to the same company. When you book, you dont really know what room you will get, because the pictures presented are from different appartments. If we ever visit Bologna again, we will not come back to this place.

The appartement was very clean and finding it was easy as well. It's 10-15 minutes by foot from the city center. The water was hot while taking a shower and the room was warm. We payed a very good price for 2 nights (4 people).

A bit cold and no heat source. The thermostat is locked and set to 20 degree Celsius. Also be ware, you don’t actually pay at the property 😅 they put a charge on your card and hold it until you get to the property, where you “decide” if you want to pay cash or card. If you pay card they keep the tax money. If you pat cash they return the “tax” to tour card in about 3 days which adds up to 10 days that they keep money from your account. This is a heads up, because their choice of words was unfortunate, as admitted also by a Booking representant

Very complicated with the check-in, very many procedures to perform, being on holiday only photos with ID in hand I did not feel like and only me but also my partner. However, the facilities and location of the apartment made me forget all this. Super

The only feedback would be to provide few more teabags, coffee pods, sugar sachets etc. It would be a lovely touch not have to worry about it getting extra at the shops.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Planety of storage to unpact, very comfy sofa bed if you have more than 2 people staying. Fab location too. Everything within 15min walk, airport just 15min in a taxi.

Very good place and a lot of room for a longer stay. We even were a bit disappointed that we’re staying only for one night. Apartment is fully occupied so you can cook and rest here, it is quiet and comfortable. We were so happy with our stay that even left a little gift for owners, thank you!

Great location, close to public transport and there are a lot of delicious restaurants and cafes close by. Area felt safe and staff were very quick to respond. The apartment was clean and had excellent facilities including a washing machine. This was a wonderful stay!

The check-in process is quite long and requires many photos to be uploaded. Better to do it in advance with good wifi connection. The kitchen floor is cold in winter, prepare with slipper or thick socks.

We have stayed one night in the apartment with terrace. It was as described and can be seen on the photos. Clean, nice, quite. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom and shower is nice with soap, shampoo, etc.
