We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe ski locker is very dusty and cramped so we didn't really use it. The sound proofing in the flats is bad, we could hear everything from the flat above us. That is obviously the fault of the building, not the host, and the occupants of the flat above weren't doing anything noisy, I'm just glad they weren't heavy metal fans. The bathrooms had a slight drain smell when we arrived, but that dissipated once we had started to use the system and we kept the window open.
Location is good for (almost) ski in/ski out. The beds were comfy, clean towels, flat was well equipped and everything worked. It's a hard walk up the hill after dinner! It's good having two bathrooms. There were four of us and we had no problems with getting four showers out of the water tank. We appreciated having some stuff left in the cupboards - teabags, olive oil etc. The host gave me a discount code for the ski hire which saved me a lot of money. I have stayed in several apartments in Sauze and this is the nicest.

United KingdomIf you like long hot showers you need to change your habits if you stay here in a large group. The apartment has a standard size hot water boiler and you need to adjust your shower time accordingly.
Host was very accommodating. Apartment was clean tidy and smart. There is a concierge in the building who hands over the keys. There is a decent size ski locker in the basement of the building. It is a short walk to the clotes ski lift and the village. Although the hill is quite steep, fair warning.

LithuaniaThe apartment is quite big, very good location (Clotes lift is nearby, there is also a ski rental and deposit shop). Just keep in mind that the apartment is uphill from the center, so it might be a problem to people with limited mobility. For us it was just additional sport. The host is very friendly, helpful and supportive.
