The lift up to the hotel looks a bit makeshift and at first I was reluctant to use it. However, this isn't the hotel's responsibility. It also isn't immediately clear that it's a functional lift due to the wooden boards around the base so I climbed the stairs when I first got there.

The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the location was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Filipino lady at reception (didn't ask her name).

Don't bother with the 'breakfast box'. I had to leave before breakfast but they kindly offered to prepare a grab and go. I hadn't looked to see what it included but to be honest, it would be more efficient to put in a carton of juice in the refrigerator in the room and say to guests, use that, rather than offer a few crackers and some jam with a carton featuring a paper straw that doesn't work properly. I can't fault the staff for their efforts to be helpful and the cleaning staff to maintain this location. - well done.

I was impressed at the size of the single bed. It was very comfortable and larger than most. The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. Reception was welcoming and pleased to be greeted by a smiling face after a long journey.

My room had some smell coming from the bathroom. Just had to flush it. Not that big deal.

There was a strick of the trains and had to get to Rome the evening before ti get to time for my flight and this hotel was cheap and close to the train station. Usually these hotels are just awful but this one was actually good!

Hardly the hotel's fault but a lot of beggars, seedy looking people hanging about (homeless?) around the area and Termini station. You need to be careful if you are out at night and hold your bag close!

Description of room was accurate: yes it was a small single but I expected that and it was all I needed for one night and comfortable, it had clean bedding and towels spotlessly white. A decent shower too. Staff were very helpful with useful advice about the area. Hotel was well signposted outside so I had no trouble finding it. I couldn't hear the busy road outside at all. I was a little late down for breakfast so most of the goodies had gone but I could see that they offered a good continental choice. Location was perfect for Termini station, local transport and local bars/restaurants. I was also able to leave my case in a room by reception after I checked out for a few hours. I also thought the 11am checkout was very good as a lot of places insist on you going earlier.

The walls were so thin. It was possible to hear everything from next room (crying baby, guests talking, taking shower…)

Small and difficult to find lift, very small toilet (I am 1.8m and 87kg and I had to shower with restricted movement).

Near to Roma Termini, and clean. Service staff were great in their response, and know how to make full use of our time in Rome.

Very small shower and very small elevator, but nothing to prevent us staying there again for convenience to the main Rome train station, restaurants and shops.

Perfect location 300m walk from Roma Termini. Good buffet breakfast included, including GF for my wife. Host helped us with a nearby restaurant recommendation.
