The mattress protector on the bed was plastic. It made it a bit uncomfortable in hotter temperatures. One safety concern - You can't lock the door from the inside without using a key. But there were four keys on the key ring, which couldn't be separated. One of the keys must be in the wall switch to use the air con. This meant that once locked, the door was not possible to open from the inside without taking the keys out of another lock, selecting a different key to unlock the door. This could be dangerous in an emergency.

Close to the station on a pedestrianised street with lots of good restaurants. Close to the central market and only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo. Clean and staff helpful.

Excellent accommodation in city centre of Florence. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and big too. Comfy bed. Climatization of the room was very good

check in was not at the address listed, very hard to check in. taxi cannot go down that street so we had to hump our bags to the location, rooms were small not much room for 2 large suitcases except on the floor

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed a little attention - the loo roll holder fell off the wall the first time I touched it!

Really great central location on a buzzy street, the room was really big and comfortable with air-con, fridge and large bathroom with shower. Sig.ra Maria was very welcoming and accommodating to my late arrival time. This place is great value for money and I will definitely be returning! Grazie Sig.ra Maria!

Arriving at the address a note is posted to call a number for access . No one answered. A waiter next door called the owner who said to walk down the street to another address. We carted our luggage there then up a flight to learn this was the registration office. We were ignored for awhile but checked in and the vibe was not friendly from the senior couple running this place, difficult to communicate. Hauled all the luggage back down the street to the apartment and up another flight to our room. There are three doors to lock and unlock to the room which was dated but comfortable.

The location was great with cafes and shops lining the street and a 5 minute walk from the train station.

There was a jug to boil water but no cups. It took us a long time to gain access to the property. Fortunately another tenant came to help us otherwise we could have been hours trying to get in. As it was it took just over one hour!

Breakfast was not included. Location was terrific.

Bed was very uncomfortable (plastic sheet on matress), photos on advert quite misleading (no reception or restaurant, difficult to find "hotel", check in was at another property down the road).

the only downside about the location is how loud it can get, as it’s a busy street! there was air conditioning but it was off, we asked for it to be turned on and they said they won’t as it’s not cold enough (we went mid April). we wished the shower had more water pressure. the pillows were really hard and a little uncomfortable

the location was incredible! close to tourist attractions, train/bus station and plenty of nice food places. the room/building was very quirky, just what we needed. the shower was nice and warm! the check-in was in another hotel but very near by, overall was nice and we are thankful for the friendless of the owner!

Beautiful room!! The reception was super cool. Keep in mind theres no reception in this hotel you need to talk 100 meters to make the check-in. The madam doing the check-in is super nice good.heart person

NB. The address of this property is 24 but you must check in and collect the keys from No 21 down the street which is 15 meters down on the opposite side. Press Button Katti on intercom. Katti is a lovely lady.

Recently redecorated in lovely authentic style Italian. Nice view and can open window on the street. Good shower.

The size of the bed was not what it looks like in the photo. It's not enough for 2 persons.
