My one quibble is that the single room was very small with a cramped bath, no bidet and paper-thin demising walls (Italians can be noisy hotel guests). I would stay at the hotel again but would choose a larger room next time.

This is a small hotel with a view of the sea (a block away) and located on the fourth floor of a multi-tenant building (elevator access obviously). Easy walking distance to the casinò and Ariston Theater (site of Eurovision Song Contest in Italy). I walked back and forth from the train station (17 minutes). Others may want to use a cab or bus. Cordial hotel staff. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, sweet rolls.

Parking- there’s none at the hotel and due to its location the parking around the hotel was very full.

Nice breakfast, simple but fresh and served with a smile by very kind and helpful staff. Great view, next to the beach, very comfortable stay. We would definitely come back.

There was a wierd smell outside the room, on the hallway, smelled like cat pee.

The room was clean and confortable. The bed was great. My room had a nice balcony for you to relax and enjoy. Close to the Corso Matteotti, the main walking street.

There was a karaoke party in the bar near the hotel, so it seemed to be noisy in the evening. Anyway, if you like Italian pop music and Napoletano songs, this can be your cup of tea))

The hotel has a nice location - nearly in the center but in a quiet street, with a pretty inner yard and close to the promenade along the seashore. The sea view from the dining room is just amazing! I stayed for the Easter weekend in a single room. Though tiny, it had everything required for a pleasant stay, including an air conditioner, TV, central heating, free wifi, and a tea set. The room was cleaned properly every day. Breakfast included an omelet with bacon, cheese, flakes, yogurt, pastry, fruits, juice, coffee, and tea. I love these fabulous croissants for breakfast! The staff is very friendly, they speak English and are eager to help.

The location is so excellent , in the center and near the main touristic Street and near the beach as well. and the breakfast was so good contains bacon and many desserts and the room so good with a sea view.

The air condition blows right over the bed and you need it at all times as it is very hot in San Remo. Breakfast is kind of poor and the rooms have old furniture and outdated facilities.

Very well located between the beach and the town center with an amazing view of the sea. The staff was very friendly and kept the place perfectly clean.

I had a problem with the parking. I thought that it was possible to have a reserved space. Actually, the daily tickets are not so expensive (10 euros for morning and afternoon) but it may be extremely difficult to find a parking space in the area!

The room was nice, the breakfasts were very good and the location near the sea and the center of the city very convenient.

The parking is a nightmare without some additional information from the staff (the area has heavy traffic all the time and not enough space). I was quite frustrated when we arrived about the parking but the hotel personal explained what are the options and then I managed to find the parking.

The hotel is quite small but cute, I think it was using 3 floors out a 5 levels building. The staff was very friendly and supportive, we had a couple of requests which were immediately taken care off (including one at 4 o'clock in the morning). The breakfast was tasty, not too variate but sufficient to find something for everybody. Maybe it is worth mentioning the desert part, the options were quite tasty.

Room is pretty basic. No sound isolation towards the corridor, I woke up for arriving/leaving guests. I sang in the bathroom about 2.00 pm, likely the same guests complained about the noise- take it as criticism:)

Location was excellent, just steps away from main pedestrian street and casino. You can see the sea from your window ( balcony excess was not provided ).
