No plugs near the bed, there was only one by the rooms door and one in the bathroom.

A great location for us to recharge before starting our Alta Via 1 hike the next morning – only a 30min walk through the lovely forest into Lago di Braise. Dinner served at the restaurant was yum. Breakfast was grand. They were nice enough to open the breakfast bar a little earlier for us so we could set off early. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Closed on Thursdays for dinner. After trying many restaurants that only serve their own guests, we finally found the more upscale Edelweiss Hotel which had a few tables for the public. Other choices recommended to us by the staff involved driving back to the main road to other towns 15-20 minutes away.

We had a comfortable triple room with a balcony and comfortable lounge chairs although it was too chilly to sit out even in July. We were close to the road with a lot of traffic but only a mile to Braies Lake. Breakfast was good with a pleasant staff. We could order dinner from the menu in a pub atmosphere. Guests sit at their assigned table for all meals. Parking was easy.

OMG the food was so good!!! Sara was amazing, gave fantastic advice on selections, and using the bus to Lago di Braies. The potato ravioli was ridiculously good. Great location, very ample breakfast... While I didn't get her name, the red-haired young lady was equally impressive, great staff...

The only thing I would appreciate it if you could add labels for the type of meat/sausage.

We arrived around 2pm, and although the check-in is from 3pm, they let us get inside the room. The room itself is very clean 10/10, bathroom as well, and the pressure of the shower is perfect! The neighbourhood itself is very peaceful and nice with parking space. Right next to the forest path that leads you to the Lago di Braise, in about cca 30 minutes of walking. Also 50metres from bus station. Breakfast is really good, the only thing I would appreciate it if you could add labels for the type of meat/sausage.The staff are truly helpful, kind, and always smiling. Definitely recommending!

The staff was wonderful. Very nice and accommodating. Especially since we were travelling with pets. Rhe location was great, being walking distance to the Pragser Wildsee. We were warmly welcomed & the entire stay was a pleasure. Also, restaurant food and service are unbelievably enjoyable.

When we booked I said 3 people , they had bed ,towel etc ready . I paid booking . Com there was no mention of extra cost above what was paid . Later after check in I received an email of extra cost of the 3 rd person .When we checked out they said it was another 70 euro extra we thought that was a lot and would have appreciated that info before booking it should have been in final price.

We liked everything from breakfast and dinner, the hospitality and also the location is nearby Lake Braies. Sandra gave us information about public transportation during the public holiday. The bed is super comfortable. The Forelle and Pragser Käse are very yummy and must try 🫶

We came late to the hotel and thankfully the staff left our key on the desk with our name on. The hotel was located in a beautiful part of Italy with incredible views. The room was clean and cottage like with a warm duvet. Would certainly recommend and even return!

It was unexpectedly cold while we were there, and the heating has not been turned on, we slept with an extra hoodie on, but it was bearable.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The location was extremely close to the lake, only one bus stop away, which was very convinient. Clean, comfy, would recommend to anyone.

We didn’t know there was a possibility to get a guest card and tickets for the bus in and out of the valley, until our second day. If you are planning on taking any buses make sure to ask about this when you check in.
