One of frustrating things was the construction works that were taking place right next to our window so we were woken up to drilling two days in a raw. Also, a small downside was thin walls so you heard when your neighbors are using bathroom as the shower and toilet were noisy

The location is perfect as it is super close to the metro that takes you to the city center in 15 mins. The apartment was really nice. The bed is comfy, bathroom was clean. We were glad to have a small kitchenette with cutlery and some dishes. The check-in requires you to communicate with the host but they were super nice and the instructions were clear.

Excellent location, steps from the subway. Apartment is well equipped and offers everything for a short or long stay. Very friendly guest service by phone, quick response times, very flexible when it comes to check in/check out times. Would stay again!

The room had everything I needed and more. It's great if you need to stay a longer period with limited amount of luggage as it even has a washing machine. The location is excellent -- right across the street from metro line 2 that is a direct connection to the main railway station or Navigli district The hostess is very friendly and answers quickly if you have any questions Absolutely recommend!

There was nothing to dislike

Conveniently located near metro and many necessary shops. Quick 4 stop train trip to Milan Central Exceptionally clean , very quiet and cosy

Quiet neighbourhood, did not notice many eateries or marts around during our stay.

Host was very helpful and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out process. Fully equipped new unit and good location. Located right in front of a metro station, but 1st metro opens only at 6am. Remember to spare some cash for city tax.

Walls are a bit thin and some youngsters were a bit loud last night next to the room. But I don't think that's the fault of the property in general, but our luck.

It's super clean and very new. Fairly high on tech. Also staff is great and very responsive.

Everything great! Location is like 1 minute walk from subway, where you can easily move to anywhere in Milan. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, shower has great! Very kind host that is always willing to help so you have the most pleasant time in Milan!! I recommend Gioiello 10/10 for trips to Milan, and will for sure be my choice next time!

There wasn’t a kettle but boiler worked fine!

Nearly perfect, very clean I think it was brand new, has all kitchen appliances, even washing machine❤️ Bathroom is superb, location is right next to the Metro station with is 20-30 min away from the center. Highly recommend

The host was very helpful with us. He was kind and helpful and provided us with free services as a result of an error in the reservation. The apartment was very, very clean. It was better than the cleanliness of 5-star hotels. Security in the apartment was high. Everything in this place deserves a better rating than 10, and the kitchen is available. It has everything. I will visit the place again, as the cleanliness, services and location are the most important things in travel
