All's good and nothing to dislike! They have some allocated parking lots. First come first served though.

We love that the location is not right smack in the centre of attraction, but near enough to stroll back to the quiet comfort and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The rooms were decked up with modern furnishings. Well made and well thought out space planning. Enjoyed quiet time sleeping in the room. Breakfast was a delight, enough to get us going for the day! Rooms were equipped with right lighting and roller blinds adjustments that come with power switches. Will recommend this to all who love white, and well appointed design details to stay here.

Taxi transfers a little pricy because they are in super fancy cars

Really lovely spacious room. Lots of the places in polignano are very small. The room is of a great size with a lovely balcony and sitting area.

Unfortunately, my bed was two twin beds pushed together and there was a huge dip in the middle of the bed so I had to try to sleep only on one side.

Hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to all but slightly set back from all the action. They offer breakfast included that was actually very good. The rooms were spacious. They provide robes and slippers. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Great location, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. An easy 15 minute walk from train station. Good breakfast with a great selection of foods. Staff at breakfast very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Comfy bed. Balcony sitting area was great for relaxing after a day's walking. Small kitchenette area with kettle and sink. Hotplates x 2 but no cutlery, not a problem for me as no cooking while on holidays. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great ,staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended places to go and organised taxi or car services for us as sometimes especially early morning departures as tuk tuks don't work early morning. Breakfast was included and was great. Would recommend.

Parking is not easy, every street was ver crowded but we was told to park freely anywhere by the white or blue line. There was only cold water in the shower, maybe there was a way to make it warm but we didn't ask. The heating and lightning was also tricky on the electric panels.

We had a luxury penthouse apartment on the top (4th floor). We could see the sea over the rooftops all around. We also booked the Spa (big whirlpool, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam) for our family and we're spoiled by tea, refreshments and fresh fruits. It was 120 eur/4ps. The chosen breakfast was delivered to the room, it was also 5 star.

Not great access to the spa which should be in my opinion available to the guest if not booked. The result is that the spa it's not used.

It wasn't that clean, sadly, and the staff were not really that friendly, to be honest. Felt.more like an aparthotel with a breakfast buffet. No bar. Perhaps the most frustrating is it is sold as having spa facilities, and I'd assume treatments are extra, but it's £60 per person to even go into the spa area for 90 mins.

The location is amazing and the rooms are really big.

Breakfast was a mess, had to ask for milk with cornflakes. they did not have enough bread to start with. whatever got over was not replenished. staff barely spoke English, which is necessary in a tourist town.
