If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the kitchen/ dining area. There’s no air-conditioning or mini fan, and during the August heat it became very warm and stuffy, making it a little hard to breathe at times. Adding a small fan to create better ventilation would be helpful. Also, there is only one bathroom, so the space is better suited for a single family with children rather than two larger families. In addition, guests should be aware there can be some noise from the street early in the morning when trash is collected.

The apartment is clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short-term stay. The air-conditioning in both bedrooms works very well, which made sleeping comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to anywhere in the old town—and having a mini convenience store right next door is a big plus. It offers very good value for money, especially in August when a decent hotel would cost twice as much.

Amazing little find right in the centre of Como. Beautifully designed had everything you could want for a short stay. Host was fabulous and helpful with parking. Would definitely stay again.

Como is cobbled (part of charm) and they wake up early: bins/street cleaning/delivery 05:45-7.15am. Sound proofing in Italy is generally not great so we woke up with the noise. It's what keeps this from an 11 out of 10 as this is otherwise a beautiful flat, fantastic hosts etc. Noise does not put us off from returning - it's otherwise quiet the rest of the time.

The hosts were so kind! Helped us find apartment, helped with luggage (one disabled guest) and all round great comms. The apartment photos did not do it's justice! Just beautiful and all the little details /extras to make stay comfortable. Lovey sized bedrooms and kitchen table for socialising (no lounge). Location also great, close to main square, 10-12min walk to station/ferry terminal and just Fab overall vibe!

Interior design of the apartment was professionally done. Homely feel. Very very clean and tidy, very spacious, great location near the lake and has a grocery shop downstairs, great hosts. Lots of restaurants very close by. Two large bedrooms. Hotel like amenities provided in the apartment. Coffee/ tea available. Great wifi. Allowed us late checkout which was great. Two of us stayed but the apartment can definitely accommodate a much larger family. Can contact hosts anytime via WhatsApp.

Beautifully furnished apartment in a central but quiet location. Walkable to everything in minutes. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms. But the best thing was the hospitality of Andrea and Gianni who went out of their way to arrange things for us and were so responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Absolutely faultless, beautiful apartment. I was looking for an apartment to share with my brother so we wanted separate rooms and self catering. When I saw this apartment it seemed miles above the others so I decided to book. It is a simply exceptional apartment in a fantastic location. It’s very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Beds are big and comfy and there is even a lovely balcony to enjoy coffee (or champagne) on. Andrea met us promptly to give us our keys and she was very helpful and kind. Thank you very much for a great stay.
