Beautiful establishment, near Capo Vaticano, Tropea and so many more. Very clean, nicely decorated, a nice pool private parking, a nice garden, small and friendly owner. Well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom.

Poor sound isolation—we could hear everything from the neighboring room as if it were in ours.

Beautiful town and beach! The room was new, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool and playground were a gamechanger for traveling with kids. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The environment was very clean and comfortable, the room had a modern design and was equipped with everything I needed. The pool was excellent, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Throughout our stay, they provided us with a beach umbrella that we used every day, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The last day was even more special because it was my son’s birthday, and the managers brought him lots of sweets as a surprise – he was extremely happy! I am very grateful for their care and special attention. The location is perfect, close to the city’s main attractions. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and luxury all in one place!

On the other hand, I would expect more from accommodation of this rank - the insulation is non-existent and you can hear the neighbors' conversations and every movement of a chair, the equipment in the kitchen is really lacking, and the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

The house is in a quiet location with a nice pool and well-kept surroundings. The staff is very friendly.

Beautiful calm and quiet retreat away from the business of capo vaticano but near enough to the beaches. Swimming pool was outstanding as pictured and warm to get into, lovely and clean. Very clean and modern room which slept our son comfortably on a double sofa bed in the living / dining area. Owners were great to communicate with beforehand and facilitated an early check in. Car is essential as it's quite remote but there's a beach close by.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Getting the keys was very easy. Good location near the beach. Highly recommended! The apartment has everything we could need. There is a beautiful beach within a 5-minute walk, and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. Large car parking behind the fence. Lovely and clean swimming pool for guests. The property is new, everything is very beautiful and it is very pleasant to be there. We'll definitely be back!
