i didnt like the sheets cause they were to for winter,there werent anything for the hot.they had a fan that didnt work.i didnt like the share bathroom cause people around werent so careful.we could not sleep at all beauce it was really hot

I have been booking a room with them years now and they keep getting worse. Before you had a double bed , bigger room for the same price . Now I found this mini room that was cold and the tv controller didn’t even have batteries in.

Wifi was not working even though it said in the reservation that wifi is included in the room. This sucked since I had some important zoom meetings to attend while staying.

Hotel was very hard to find (located in a confusing location, no signs or anything on the outside); doorbell wasn't answered; no reception or any interaction with personnel (instructions to get to the room was solely by phone call); nobody available to answer the phone before 16:00.

Shared bathroom was clean; it was generally quiet.

TV didn't work It was very hot and humid - and there was no air conditioning or even a ventilator

Location is very good. And it's relatively cheap.

I called her several times to get the key. It was to noise in the night without control of the people which rent the rooms.

Everything else - The area is all but safe. We had the car mugged - The kitchen was very small and not equipped for more than 4 persons - It says it has a spa: big lie as it is just a poor sauna that was unplugged during all our stay - two bathrooms only for quite a few rooms. You end up waiting. Hygiene standards are low

The place is quite conveniently located next to the station. It means you can easily hop on a train to Venice. The building is clean and well-maintained. Cannot think of anything else positive

Our room had a balcony and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. This place has 6 rooms I think maybe more and they are from 2 to 6 people in each room. There were only 2 small bathrooms for all those people!!! Spent most of the time in line to use the bathroom. And 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for the whole stay and over 10 people! Bathroom wasn't as clean as it could've been. People come and go and bathrooms should be cleaned everyday with the flow of people this place has. There are no mosquito nets on the windows and it was very hot, you either get eaten alive by the mosquitoes or sleep in a flaming hot room full with 5 people and only 1 little floor fan. Finally, had a kitchen but nearly any utensils to use it.

Great location. The beds were quite comfortable. Nice design of the interiors.

This is the second time i am lodging at that property and the only thing that has changed is the name from " Infinity Collection" to "Takete Collection" and a little painting of the walls. Much has to be done concerning the bed sheets and towels especially. They are so very old and not comfortable and presentable at all and needs to be replaced with new ones. The towels look like old rags, not befeating even the lowest standard hotel Again, the bathroom has this unhealthy stench of smell/odor and needs to looked into. I just have to be plain with things.

Maybe thin walls, but its not really a problem for me. Just something to consider.

I got really scared when I saw all the bad reviews, but it ended up being much better than expected! They sent me the key pick up location on the day of arrival and it was really close to the actual hotel location. It wasn't that hard to find, they give you all the instructions, you just have to follow them. The staff is really nice, the guy spoke fluent English, expect to pay 3.50€ tax/night. They ended up changing my hotel, but it was only a few meters away from the one I booked. The location is a bit sketchy looking, but I didn't feel unsafe. The room is very nice, good bed, TV, closet. The toilets are nice and clean, so are the showers. You also get towels for free. There is a kitchen as well. Very close to the train station. I ended up loving it, will stay again!

The smell at the entrance coming from the sewers! Very horrible smell, a little bathroom deodorant and one at the entrance would help. I am surprised no one did anything about it yet.

The sauna, the brightness and light, the new floor, the beds and TV. Also good location. Seemed clean

The mattress was old, the bed sheets were old and not even changed. The blanket was not suitable for winter. There was a bad smell in the place, like gone bad vegetables, we arrived , tired of the trip and called the property manager to let us in, and they told us that we should walk for ten minutes to get to the office to check-in.
