United KingdomStaff on the bar were non existent, very long waits for drinks. Outside of dining times too so wasn’t very busy. Reception staff could have taken order but were sat there asif they hadn’t seen us. Would have spent a lot more on drinks if we were served quicker. Put us off buying drinks so due to the experience in the day we went to bed earlier in the evening which was disappointing as we had planned on having evening drinks on the terrace. Due to location there’s nothing in the local area for nightlife so with the hotel not able to meet this either it was disappointing.
Amazing spa! Most relaxing area and pools included in the price of our hotel stay! Towels, gown and slippers included!!

What a gorgeous hotel. You will leave relaxed. Spa was lovely - loved the plunge pool and sauna with a huge window overlooking greenery. Don’t miss dinner at the restaurant - duck gnocchi, I will remember it forever. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. I personally loved the teabags that you can fill with any loose leaf tea you want - very posh!

Incredible SPA, which is fairly new, the pool and saunas were very premium. Friendly and helpful staff. The surroundings were beautiful. It has a free EV charger, which was a bonus.

IrelandThe food and drink took very long to be served each day, at the pool and restaurant. Maybe they need more staff to help out. We didn't realise how far it was from Bergamo, its not a complaint of the hotel but worth knowing that it will cost €50 in a taxi if you plan on using the hotel as a base for visiting the city.
Fantastic spa facilities and the hotel is modern throughout. It is very relaxed, perfect for getting away from busy city life and switching off. We will return!

AustraliaA very small problem was searching out a member of the dining staff to place an order for a cooked breakfast in the mornings. The Staff in general were very pleasant and helpful, and eager to please .. but it would be good if we were asked if we wanted any hot food in the mornings, rather than have to look for someone to ask for it.

We upgraded to a deluxe room that had an amazing image of Klimt's The Kiss on the ceiling .. a fabulous big glass fronted balcony overlooking the pool/gardens & in the far distance the city lights twinkled at night. The bed was very comfortable, the ensuite facilities were excellent and the standard of housekeeping was impressive.

ItalyReally a wonderful hotel highly recommend. Ended up extending our stay by one night. Absolutely gorgeous spa. Really nature fused and luxurious with a gorgeous heated pool and sauna room facing the mountains. Restaurant was excellent - great service and taste. The bathroom and balcony to our room was lovely modern and peaceful. There is a sort of spa scent in the corridor. The only small note is about the rooms. The bed was great and everything was clean and warm but there were a few marks on the walls which meant upkeep could be slightly better. Just small little fixes! But truly this should be a 5 star hotel. Lovely attentive staff. Also the breakfast is great and better than some prestigious five star hotels we have stayed at.

ItalyThe property was very clean and the staff were simply amazing. They upgraded our room, which was modern and functional. The spa was simply exceptional - rarely have I been to such a nice spa (even in 5 star hotels). The fact that the stay gives you complimentary access to it makes the Hotel such a gem. Lastly, their restaurant AROMA is incredible. Excellent food, well trained staff and a great price point. All in all the stay was fantastic, they even allowed for a 30 minute late checkout which was appreciated. If I could give a very small advice to the hotel it would be to cover up chips on the walls and these little imperfections in the room. It would boost them up even more to what is already a great hotel-spa combo.
