Maurizio, the owner, takes excellent care of guests. Loved the grounds and views. We stayed 5 nights. We ate our dinners at restaurants which were recommended by Maurizio and were all excellent and tremendous values compared to the United States. Loved the sites of the Castelli Romani.

Our stay in Tenuta Cusmano completely exceeded our expectations! The villa is characteristic, the garden is beautiful and peaceful and the view is indescribable! And Maurizio is the most wonderful host ever! We loved staying and will absolutely come back sometime!

I really cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.

The view was incredible. The manager, Mauritzio, goes above and beyond. Truly, I think he does too much -- he probably needs to hire a couple of teenagers to take some of the smaller stuff off of his plate so he can do the thing that he's REALLY, REALLY good at: interacting with the guests. From the first day, my wife and I started fantasizing about coming back with our friends and family.

The bed mattresses and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.

I really appreciated how the building preserves its history and authenticity and feels like a true Italian home. The facilities were great and clean. The pool was the highlight as it is so relaxing and perfectly situated amongst trees and the views are breathtaking. we also had a quick game in the tennis court as well. Breakfast was simple but good as it is all prepared fresh and a la carte. Maurizio is an excellent host - he is so friendly, chatty and is very helpful and responsive.

The room was a little bit worn down, the beds are not the most comfortabel, but all in all we had a great stay. And we will be back :-)

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Stunning views of the Italian country side and just a wonderful place to spend two days in late July :-) Maurizio is very friendly. The pool area is great, and locals come to use it as well.

The swimming pool and the view were amazing, but the best part was the very kind host Maurizio. Breakfast was nice with fresh baked pancakes for kids (or adults)!

We had a very relaxing time here. Lovely, friendly host. Great breakfast was served each morning. Comfy beds and good block out shutters/curtains that helped our kids sleep-in and nap in the daytime. Great pool and beautiful grounds for the kids to run around. We ate dinner at a nice restaurant 5 mins walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

All was perfect.

The host of the Hotel was probably one of the most accommodating that I have ever experienced, Maurizio explained how we would travel to Rome as we did not hire a car, Maurizio even drove us to the bus station to ensure that we took the correct bus. Once on the bus, all was straightforward from there on. Definitely would return in the future.
