All were good but I cannot understand why staff requires to keep the keys of your room at reception.

Bathroom situation was a bit annoying as the communal bathrooms are outside and the toilet was 3 floors down from my room

No aircondition. Walls very thin, can hear the conversation in the next room. When I arrived, they told me where to go for breakfast. When I took my breakfast, a lady came and said I have to return the plate cause it's not included in my package and go to the reception. At the reception they said it was a mistake that they told me that I have breast when actually I don't. It was very embarrassing feeling being kicked out of the restaurant.

My room had a strong cigarette smell, and it wasn't spotless. Also, they only provided 1 plastic cup, and even though the cup was packed, it was wet inside, as if it had been washed and then sealed. Anyway, we receive what we pay for. it's a noisy location, so make sure you have earplugs. during our stay, there was a young group and they would slam the room doors until late.

At night the location where the hotel is is a bot dodgy. and the hotel forniture is really really. it should be refurbished.

Ants were everywhere in the room, we woke up with bite marks all over our bodies, the sheets were not clean and there was a blood stain on one of the mattresses too. The bathroom is too small to properly take a shower and the staff were rude too. Overall, the location is great but this is not the place for a long stay in Rome.

The hotel is located not far from Termini. (Be aware of pickpockets at night (!!!)). It's OK for 1 night just to sleep and go away. A bit overpriced

the fan inside the bedroom didn’t have any strength and was tiny, which left the bedroom being a good 25 degrees or more at night time, hot but manageable considering the price we paid. would definitely go to a hotel with a better fan or ac if I were to go to Rome again in august. the plug sockets also looked quite old and rickety so we didn’t leave anything plugged in overnight or when we left the room.

really great location being just next to the train station and only a 20 min walk from the colosseum or trevi fountain. it was kept clean, including the shared bathroom, which although down the corridor didn’t really feel like it was shared.

The rooms on the street side are not for those who like to sleep in the morning. The tramway starts quite early and its really noisy!

Very clean and correct. Retro in a charming way. The reception is open even after midnight (not everywhere in Rome). No problem to leave your baggage for some hours after check-out.

It's a basic hotel, but it's clean & comfortable enough. Staff are friendly and seeing as I only used it to sleep there, it was all I needed. Think a small fridage would be nice though :)

The quality of the room / bathroom and facilities was pretty poor, BUT: for such a good price this should be expected and was not a problem!

Good price, good location very close to Termini, early check-in was possible. When looking for a cheap hotel, I would definitely come again; no luxury, but that is fine for the price...
